I went to see keyla today to have ear wax removal. Wow what a place, she was so friendly and explained everything she was going to do. She checked on me all through the procedure to make sure i was OK and now I can now hear again. Thank you so much Keyla. I would highly recommend them if you are having problems with your ears.

Exceptional service from start to finish. I visited for ear wax removal and also had a full hearing test, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Everything was explained clearly, the treatment was comfortable and professional, and I felt completely at ease throughout. The difference after the wax removal was incredible, and having the hearing test afterwards gave me real peace of mind. The level of care, knowledge and attention to detail was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Audiology Expert to anyone needing ear wax removal or a hearing assessment. A genuinely first-class service and very deserving of 5 stars.

Luiz was fantastic, I had a suspicion that my left ear was blocked. Luiz checked and confirmed that, performed microsuction (completely painless) cleared it out did a hearing test, and has sent some images to my GP for investigation. He was very friendly, I would definitely recommend The Audiology Expert if you are having any issues. Just the Microsuction treatment alone took the discomfort in my ear away and the hearing was far less muted than it was before. Thank you Luiz!

Brilliant with kids! My son’s ears were blocked and the GP refused to see us to help until they were infected. Audiology Experts were very friendly and helpful with the treatment and advice they provided. They were also very friendly to my son and got him involved making what can be a nervous experience much smoother for him. I 100% recommend them to anyone, especially those with children.

I had sudden hearing loss and tinnitus in my right ear. Carolina did a thorough hearing test and quickly identified the issue. She advised me to go to A&E for steroids. This course helped get my hearing back to normal after 2 weeks, with the tinnitus disappearing. Thank you Carolina for your warm touch, your sense of humour and for the great coffee!

Had an excellent experience at Carolina's. Had a horrible ear wax issue and Carolina fixed it for me with minimum discomfort. The whole appointment went very smooth as she explained everything really well and first showed me the situation on a monitor. It was recomforting to know perfectly what is going on at all times.
