I have been telling people for over a month not to use their service for multiple reasons.
A) Their slabs are very easy to break (intentionally or unintentionally)
B) Their rating does nothing to increase any resale value of cards, which is half the reason to have a card graded. The other half being to protect the cards but their slabs don't do a good job of that either
C) Their wait time is already increasing, had double the quoted time to get a return
D) Their customer service is one of the worst in the business, once they have your money they don't care
E) Their quality control is atrocious, 30% of my cards I sent have damage on them now that never did before sending.
F) They are not transparent with their grades at all, their reports only have a few notes on the side and a single picture of the front of the card after grading.
G) Their standards for grades have no consistency and seem subject to the whims of grader.
If you are considering grading cards, spend the money on a quality service or just don't waste you money and time with this bargain basement company.
Edit: They added a post stating that I have not submitted with them, this is also false. They also tried to discredit my fiance with the same response. This feedback is based off of our individual experiences with this company. They know who we are and how they treated us so they try to say that we were never their customers. I have their slabs in my hand and the receipts to prove I was a customer of theirs.
Again, do not submit anything with this company.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take feedback seriously, but we do want to clarify one important point: based on your review, you have not personally submitted cards to TGA Grading or used our service.
Because of that, many of the specific claims in your review—including turnaround times, customer service, damage to cards, grading reports, and grading consistency—are not based on your own experience with us. We believe it’s important for potential customers to be able to distinguish firsthand experiences from information heard from others.
At TGA Grading, we take the protection of customers’ cards, grading consistency, transparency, quality control, and customer service very seriously. We continuously review and improve our processes, and we stand behind the work we provide to our customers.
We welcome constructive feedback from anyone who has personally experienced our service, and we’re always happy to address specific concerns directly. However, we don’t believe it’s fair to our customers or our team to make broad claims about our business based on experiences you have not personally had.
We wish you all the best with your collecting journey.
