We have had the pleasure of using the expertise of Perth Patio Magic recently for an extensive renovation on our house. This included a carport and large patio area. Despite a miss communication through the council application process, I would have to say PPM were fantastic to deal with as a company. On a personal note to the installers, Chris and Johnny. I could not have asked for a better team. Chris especially exceeded my high expectations. His attention to detail as a tradesman is second to none. The care he took whilst completing my project was nothing short of inspiring. His craftsmanship is only outweighed by his work ethic and respect for the client. Water leaks causing corrosion and damaged furniture, steel sheets cut instead of bent, wrongly placed screw fitment incorrectly multiple times, polycarbonate sheets installed damaged with cracks and holes in them and just siliconed over when brought to installers attention, poor installation with a lot of scratches and touch up paint looks terrible and in a different colour on fascia’s not installed so had to get them back to install them, got Reece out to aknowledge water leaks supposedly fixed after 5 minutes of corking silicone but didn’t fix anything and the water ingress continued. I brought up incorrect hole placement in the Insulated panels and remedy was to fill holes with touch up paint now corroded due to water running past from cut end sheets and flowing under insulation hence waterfall of water on furniture and corrosion with painted insulated sheets the paint has come off. Tried to get this sorted since 2022 showing video of water ingress. Fall could be better but would you be happy with all the holes and poor workmanship. Photos are what I have to look at every day and cringe when it rains. Zero star review can not recommend. I brought up incorrect hole placement in the Insulated panels and remedy was to fill holes with touch up paint now corroded due to water running past from cut end sheets and flowing under insulation hence waterfall of water on furniture and corrosion with painted insulated sheets the paint has come off. Tried to get this sorted since 2022 showing video of water ingress. Fall could be better but would you be happy with all the holes and poor workmanship. Photos are what I have to look at every day and cringe when it rains. Zero star review can not recommend. Businesses who just slapped up work during Covid poorly failing to do the right thing when concerns raised.

Hi Sandra, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our company. As discussed this was a resheet of your existing structure from many years ago. We no longer resheet jobs due to being held accountable for the condition or issues arising from the existing structure. In your situation a lot of the problems have occurred from inadequate slope of the frame which is causing water ingress. You are requesting that we resheet your roof which isn't going to solve the underlying issue.
We would be happy to help with quoting a completely new patio, although we can't help with glass and doors.

Hi Tristan, I'm sorry the appointment didn't work out. As mentioned, unfortunately our salesman had to help his wife who had her car break down on the side of the freeway. She ended up taking his car to work and he was without a vehicle, which is why he messaged you that morning to say he will need to organise another time for the quote.
