We've been exchanging messages for the past hour about the correct settings, and I even provided screenshots to explain everything.

As I've already explained, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the data. If you want to see the same GEX profile in the TradingView indicator as in the web app, you simply need to select the same expiration date.
Obviously, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟬/𝟭𝟯 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗯 𝗮𝗽𝗽, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗚𝗘𝗫 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵. 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄.

We would like to clarify several important facts, as the current wording of this review gives a misleading impression of what actually happened.
First and foremost, 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

With 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀, the evidence strongly suggests that this was not a general issue with the platform itself. The usage pattern in question was consistent with behavior that may indicate an attempt to extract data beyond normal personal use, or at the very least raised legitimate concerns about unauthorized usage. Such activity is prohibited under our Terms of Service, specifically Section 19 – Automated Data Extraction, Scraping, and Unauthorized Data Use, which is publicly available at https://tanukitrade.com/terms-of-service.htm and is accepted by every user when using our service.
The customer’s access was initially temporarily restricted because our system detected a usage pattern that exceeded the limits of personal, manual use under our service policies. These safeguards exist to protect our infrastructure and maintain stable service for all customers.
It is also incorrect to say that the customer received “zero customer support.” 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲. Our team explained the reason for the restriction and also informed the customer that restoring access required assistance from a team member with the appropriate permissions.

Our records show that the payment was reversed, and the support communications are also fully documented. We provided the relevant evidence to the review platform as part of the dispute process.
We understand that a temporary access restriction can be frustrating, and we always aim to resolve such situations as quickly as possible. However, our usage policies apply equally to all customers, and once a payment has been reversed through a chargeback, we cannot maintain access to the paid subscription connected to that payment.
