Locked out of a paid service for opening tabs. Zero customer support.
I paid for a subscription, only to be blocked from accessing the service. When I contacted support via chat, I was told the block was because I had "too many tabs open" and that I needed to keep it under two active tabs. Limiting a paying customer to two tabs is ridiculous and vastly overpriced for that kind of restriction.
It gets worse. Support told me I had to wait for someone with "proper access" to unblock me. Eight hours went by with no update. Because I am completely blocked, I can't even access the billing portal to cancel my subscription.
Reached out to the CEO, Greg, via chat. I received an automated reply promising an email follow-up. It has now been over 24 hours since that promise, and over 48 hours since I was originally blocked. They have my money, I have no access to the product, and I am locked out of managing my own billing. Unbelievably poor service. Save your money.
