After seeing SolidGPS recommended dozens of times by fellow members in our Facebook RV group, we finally decided to pull the trigger and get one for our motorhome. Every single person in the group that has one had something positive to say about them, and now that we own one, I can see why. Installation & Ease of Use The setup was incredibly straightforward. It really is a "set and forget" type of device. While we are reasonably tech-savvy, we found the interface and the app very easy to navigate. The physical installation was a breeze too—no complicated wiring or professional help needed. Battery Life We opted for the medium-sized tracker, which is rated to last 6 months on a single charge. So far, the battery performance has been outstanding. It’s a huge relief not having to worry about constant recharging or hardwiring it into the house batteries. Customer Support We did have a small hiccup during the initial activation process, but the after-sales support was fantastic. They responded very quickly and had the issue sorted out in no time. It’s always reassuring to know there are real people behind the product who actually help when you need them. Value & Connectivity The ongoing subscription costs are very reasonable, especially when you consider the technology involved. One of the best features is that the tracker can connect to multiple mobile carriers at once. Living in New Zealand and travelling in an RV, you know that signal can be hit-and-miss. Having the tracker automatically switch to whichever carrier has the best signal in the area gives us much more confidence that we can always track our vehicle. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use GPS tracker for your caravan or motorhome, I can’t recommend SolidGPS enough. It’s well worth the investment for the peace of mind!

Very easy site to navigate and make purchase. Each product range is well explained including what you receive, contract cost and dimensions which is critical for hiding a tracker on a motorcycle. Installation was simple, I also purchased a 12v to 5v 2.1A USB converter and hard wired to accessories so it is charged when ever the bike is running. The included app has all the features required to track and notify of any movement. Great product and highly recommended.

My car was stolen this morning at around 5:30am. The thieves located the BMW installed tracking device and ripped it out. However, they did not locate your GPS tracker, and solely because of this tracker and your software, I was able to share the live tracking details with the police.
The thieves realised that they were “hot” according to the police, but were unable to locate the device, which I had hidden very very well. The police located it in real time from the dashboard link I shared, and towed it back to the impound lot.
Thank you for this amazing product.
I cannot begin to thank you enough for this product. It save me months of heartbreak and trauma.

We have multiple of these trackers and have had my fist one for for over 5 years with no problems and don’t think I could find a better tracker also love the idea that it is not hard wired and can be moved to other cars. Customer service and replies to any questions you might have are fast and the best you would ever get

You called us in an extremely aggressive manor claiming that we were requiring you to send us your card information, this is false.
Your unit was already activated at the time of purchase. At no stage did we request a credit card from you. The only step required was to charge the device and power it on. During our call you continually spoke over me, which made it impossible to walk you through this.
You then requested a refund. Since we covered the original shipping at no cost, you are required to cover the return shipping. This is standard and was explained clearly, but you disagreed and the conversation escalated from there.
We stand by our process and our support. If you choose to return the unit, we will process the refund as soon as it arrives.

I purchase the GPS tracker last month. Very simple to set up with the instructions given.
The tracker operates exactly as advertised.

Really like these trackers. Just download the app, setup and hide them. They work well. I can make changes on the app at anytime and can see a history of where they have been (when we are on the move). The customer service team are Australian based, responsive and been great to deal with. All questions are answered quickly and they go out of there way to make sure you are all good to go. I even received an email response our of hours. I recommend SolidGPS.

Hi I have purchased 3 Solid GPS and have found they are very easy to set up, instructions are very clear and easy to follow.Backup service from Solid GPS was very quick usually same day .Am very happy with my purchases and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for extra protection for there car.Also come in handy for locating your motor vehicle in a large car park.

We found the SolidGps website after a google search for Gps trackers for vehicles and after going through and researching all the different websites that popped up we decided that the SolidGps tracker was the one that would suit us best. Once we received the Tracker and fully charged it the setup was really really easy just turn it on put it close to your window or windscreen then download the SolidGps app via appstore or GooglePlay on your phone or you can view the status of the tracker via the SolidGps website and then just go for a 5-10min drive around your neighbourhood with your tracker in your car and your tracker should calibrate itself. Its got 3 different modes "Emergency" "Watch Dog" and the "Normal Mode" you can read up on these in the small booklet provided to suit your needs, we love the "Watch Dog" mode where you can draw a boundary around the cars location and if the car moves out of it you will be alerted right away via notification on your phone and also email. Communication and support via email was very very good Michael helped with all the questions i sent his way. So far so good. Exactly what we needed. Peace of mind. We'd recommend SolidGps to anyone looking for a simple easy to use yet effective Gps tracker. Sinan

This product and the company rate very high to me. I did have questions initially and that was cleared up straight away via emails as I'm not that IT literate. I did get the yearly unit and ask this supplier why the cheaper inferior units of all the cheaper brands are questionable in their performance and I could understand by the simplicity of the explanation given. I would highly recommend this company and product which is working as it was explained.
