Solarite Conservatory Insulations Reviews

Matt Alldritt 2026.09.25

April 2025 - we had our conservatory roof internal insulation done by Solarite, and we’re absolutely delighted with the finish. The team was on time, professional, and the work was completed for a very fair price. It’s made a massive difference to the room—it’s so much more comfortable and usable now. We’re really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Solarite to anyone considering similar work. Update September 2026, we have now had the external metrotile conversion done as well and we are hugely impressed once again. It really has transformed the space even further, very much like an extension now. The team were very conscientious and hard working, same as last time, and the finish is absolutely beautiful. We are so happy with the quality of the completed works. Our thanks to the team once again.

Hi I’m The one called bob 2026.09.20

Well where do I start… this company really delivered. They replaced my conservatory glass roof with insulation and installed 7 spot lights on a dimmer switch. Every day we were kept informed as to how the job was progressing. The price we were quoted at the beginning of the build was the price we paid at the end, even though the job ran over the time originally stated. If I had two conservatories I’d get them back in a heart beat. Mark is the most genuine person you will ever meet. He and his work mate tom go above and beyond the original job with no extra cost.

Solarite came out and sorted the leaks and air leakage that has been getting worse over time. We had the thermal roof install and its amazing making our conservatory habitable. Would recommend Solarite to anyone looking to repair / replace their conservatory roofs or upgrade their conservatory. The workmen were very polite and clean. Updated us throughout the build, they did a great neat job.. Im ever so happy.. the conservatory is now water and air tight..

Very, very pleased with my conservatory roof insulation. From the initial inquiry to getting the work done, it was such a smooth, flawless process for a very good price! Mark came out with a sample of the insulation and boarding so I would know what materials would be used. Mark also noticed that 3 of my top window panes were blown (condensated in between the glass panes) and replaced them for free, as well as, providing end caps for my internal window sills and one on the outside roof all for free too! This was very kind of him and he didn't have to do this - but it just goes to show the kind of man and company Mark and Solarite are! The insulation itself was done in 1 and half days with a team of 3 guys, very punctual and pleasant to deal with and they just cracked on with the work. I was very impressed with how quickly they got it done and the quality of the work is amazing. I have already noticed a difference, in that the conservatory is retaining heat and it's nowhere near as cold as it used to be. I'll actually be able to use it all year round now. I would definitely recommend Solarite to anyone who's considering having similar work done for sure.

Very reliable, hard working team, easy to get get along with, keeping us fully informed and updated throughout each project We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the attention to detail and overall standard of their workmanship, this is why we had confidence in Solarite to undertake lseveral projects. January 2026, It's been 6 weeks since work was completed and we've had a number of very cold spells but the new windows installed have been fantastic, no condensation and a warmer house. The final project was the upgrade carried out to our front porch, including 2 windows, cladding, soffits, fascia, gutter, down pipe and a composite door. Insulation was added to the roof and dry verge fitted to the roof tiles, an absolutely brilliant job. Thank you, Mark1 and Mark2

Genuine people - Nice to know. It was a pleasure to use this company. Very knowledgeable about conservatories and friendly. We had a finish date, coming up for Christmas, but was not expecting this to happen as the weather was awful, rain every day, but when there was a window, Mark had brought more staff in to help. These guy's worked till the light faded, No messing about just steady work all through the day, didn't even stop for lunch and to me this is commitment, and the finish is one we are very pleased with. The finish date was kept. Would certainly recommend Solarite Conservatory Insulation.

Solarite conservatory insulations installed my new conservatory roof. The job was carried out with great care to my property, went above and beyond by replacing broken roof tiles I didn't know were there and re-routing a new gutter at no extra charge. They sent me photos of the problems they found, and I am very pleased with the new roof, it's great quality and feels warmer in there already. The job was not rushed, done with care and attention to detail. I am looking forward to enjoying my conservatory now for many years to come.

Hi Rachel,
Many thanks for your glowing review.
It's been a pleasure working for you.
You have been so kind, patient and easy to deal with.
Maybe there should be some website like good customer dot com so companies could rate clients.
Then we could give you the 5 stars we rate you also.
Good luck in your new home and we hope you enjoy your new conservatory roof upgrade.

Very good service and installation, was all explained what would happen and when. As soon as the installation was taking place on very warm days you could feel the temperature drop and was very much cooler than previous days without the insulation. Very much looking forward to be able to use my conservatory a lot more no matter what the weather. Would recommend having this done.

Mark and his team did a great job of replacing the roof and various window panels in a conservatory well past its first flush of youth, restoring it to a usable, attractive space. Communication from Mark was excellent throughout the process. He was also kind enough to give sound advice on security and potential further improvements with none of the 'hard sell' that some businesses use. I have no hesitation in recommending Solarite.
