Overall mixed reviews about this place, we stayed in the newly refurbished hotel. Was very nice and very modern just a few teething issues in regards of no spare keys and dustbins etc. The gentleman that served us when we came in for our meals was extremely helpful and nothing was too much of a bother and the food was amazing. Now the downsides, firstly the drinks took a very long time to arrive and when they came they were wrong. Now we had really felt sorry for the boy at nightshift, we had to come back late one night and found the same boy that served us our dinner was sleeping, working at night. We had felt awful having to wake him to open the doors, should really be a shift change over in staff. My husband had wanted to go for a smoke during the night but didnât bother as he didnât want to disturb the poor boy sleeping downstairs. All in all pleasant experience but definitely could use some work and brushing up.

Raised this with both Uber Eats and the restaurant, but neither accepted responsibility or offered a resolution. The restaurant maintains everything was packed correctly, which contradicts what was delivered.
Good food doesnât compensate for missing items and lack of accountability.

after spending a long time away from home while traveling. i decided to stop in Edinburgh, and found this restaurant while searching for dinner. I have not had Indian Cuisine in forever and after eating here, i was not disappointed. delicious food and great service. i would recommend for others and come back for sure whenever visiting.
Giving 4 stars (WOULD BE A 5 STAR IF NOT FOR THE BAD BEHAVIOUR OF ONE PERSON ONLY) because the manager was rude and judgemental he smirked in such a judgemental tone on us and this place is not kids friendly and they will judge you on the things you order. The waiters were really nice though, they provided 10 on 10 customer service.
On the other hand the food was 10/10 it was perfectly made and was so delicious, kudos to the chef for that. The ambiance was also very good. đ«
I had such a lovely experience at the cafĂ© today, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful waitress Hazel She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail was spot onâshe checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive, and she made sure everything was perfect with our order.
The food here is amazing. I had one of the best Indian meals of my life. Drinks are very cheap, which makes it over all a decent price to dine. Room were clean with a big tv.
