A great shared family experience
We loved our family experience creating beautiful carved vegetables! As complete beginners, we were guided brilliantly by Wan, whose skill and friendly encouragement made learning so enjoyable. It was a fun mix of patience, concentration, and laughter—especially as we discovered no first flower turns out perfect! This was a unique and memorable activity for our whole family. Highly recommended!

A lot of fun while learning a new skill
I did enjoy the carving class. It is a lot of fun. The teacher Wan is incredibly experienced, very encouraging and a lovely person.
As a little giggle: If you don't like your carving result, you can eat it which I did.
If you are interested in fruit and vegetable carving, I truly recommend Siam Carving Academy. The three hours basic class just flew by.

A rare opportunity
The teacher is both very talented at carving and is an excellent teacher. She is both patient and encouraging which was helpful to me as I can be to critical of my mistakes. The class was fun and the time flew by as carving is a pretty meditative practice. I plan on practicing what I learned once I get home.
You should try it. It's worth the time and cost.

Tolles Schnitzerlebnis!

Great experience
I gained a lot of great information in a hands-on class. I am grateful that the instructor held the class despite me being the only student that day. The instructor was very patient with my mistakes and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this class.
Liebe Wan. Ich danke dir. ❤️

Unforgettable experience
It was an amazing session with the lady. Lots of patience while carving with ease and grace. Can't recall the Master's name. She also prepared a dessert made of banana and sticky rice, it was so warm that I will never forget the flavour. I am currently staying in Portugal and would be interested in inviting the Master to conduct the workshop here, in Lisbon. The Master mentioned that she used to have workshops around Europe. Unfortunately, I can't find her phone number. Could you please contact me at +85363001958. Thank you for the amazing workshop!

Laong is so sweet, kind, funny and was so patient with me as I learned how to carve vegetables for the first time! We talked and laughed a lot and I had a great time. She even walked me to the subway after class! Definitely goes above and beyond for her students. Thank you to Laong and her husband for their wonderful hospitality!

We are so happy to hear you had a great time and a good learning.
Great day. I actually learned how to turn two tomatoes into a flower. Lots of others too with carrots and cucumbers Teacher was wonderful. Helping just enough with instructions and encouragement. This is a day to remember Now I can work on my own BUT I will be back for more advanced leanings when I master these skills

This was a wonderful experience. My wife and I participated in a half-day vegetable carving workshop. We arrived 45 minutes early, and the instructor was able to help us get started in no time. The entire process took place in a comfortable environment, and the instructor provided appropriate support, allowing us enough time to complete our creations. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

Thank you for your review and it was our pleasure having you as our student.
Wow, what a find! In 3 hours I learned so many different and stunning carving techniques to transform tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots. Wan is an amazing teacher, such a beautiful, warm, patient person who went out of her way to help me. I really loved the carving afternoon and look forward to putting what I learnt into practice.
Don't be put off by the building entrance, which initially looks empty, as you take a lift up into a comfortable area for the carving. You even get your very own carving knife to keep. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again.
