I would not recommend this company for either business trips or tours because of its inflexibility. 1. You must pay in full upfront, which leaves you with no bargaining power. 2. You have to pay a new trip fee if you're more than 15 minutes late, but the driver is usually late over 15 minutes without penalty. 3. You can't add an extra stop, even if you booked a one-way trip, unless it's at least 2 days in advance. 4. The company provides different sizes of seaters, even after you made a reservation. This can cause problems entering the parking lot, and sometimes the driver refuses to wait for the gate to open and drop you off. 5. The company is poorly organized, with conflicting information from the company and untrained drivers about policies. The company responded that the driver it employed was not acting on its behalf. 6. The company has a different name, address, and website listed on the invoice.

What amazes me were the drivers who were able to make sure there was safety

Extremely Unprofessional Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this bus service vendor. We accidentally made a double payment, and instead of promptly addressing the issue, they have been completely unresponsive and unprofessional in handling our request for a refund. For the past 6 weeks, they have continuously avoided our communications and prolonged the resolution process. Their lack of reliability and disregard for customer service is beyond disappointing. It’s clear they do not value their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service at all costs – they are unreliable and untrustworthy.

Bus was late, no explanation on the spot. Requires user to keep calling in for explanation, claim the aircon break down and service recovery was that they send another bus within 20min, bus came at 9.57am, booking was at 9.30am. the attitude given was “it is not our fault that the bus’s aircon happen to break down when we are able to fetch you” I had to write multiple emails and call in multiple times (at least 10 times) to ask what happened and what i been hearing was we are investigating, checking cctv, have escalated to the boss, he will call you. Was promised 5 times a call back but they never ever returned the call. What we needed was an explanation of what happened so that we can provide and update to our service user, but it seems like this company cannot do that and just give empty promises. Advice to not book from this company again, or do it at your own risk
