Extremely Unprofessional Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this bus service vendor. We accidentally made a double payment, and instead of promptly addressing the issue, they have been completely unresponsive and unprofessional in handling our request for a refund. For the past 6 weeks, they have continuously avoided our communications and prolonged the resolution process. Their lack of reliability and disregard for customer service is beyond disappointing. It’s clear they do not value their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service at all costs – they are unreliable and untrustworthy.

Bus was late, no explanation on the spot. Requires user to keep calling in for explanation, claim the aircon break down and service recovery was that they send another bus within 20min, bus came at 9.57am, booking was at 9.30am. the attitude given was “it is not our fault that the bus’s aircon happen to break down when we are able to fetch you” I had to write multiple emails and call in multiple times (at least 10 times) to ask what happened and what i been hearing was we are investigating, checking cctv, have escalated to the boss, he will call you. Was promised 5 times a call back but they never ever returned the call. What we needed was an explanation of what happened so that we can provide and update to our service user, but it seems like this company cannot do that and just give empty promises. Advice to not book from this company again, or do it at your own risk

Had a very poor experience with this company. Bus driver was 2 hours late and was cussing the entire time. Company made the wrong arrangements and then fell asleep on us while we were at the airport and waited till 1am to sort it out. I would not recommend
