I Love my OBGYN Dr Nicole Mastro her bed side manner is fantastic as well as her approach to your care so refreshing.
Dr. Cox is my OB but Dr. Richardson delivered my daughter. Highly recommend both. It was a great experience.
Dr. Satterfield is great! During my hospitalization, Dr. Hedges was the on call physician and delivered my baby. Dr. Cox checked in with me...billing dept sent a refund check for an over pymt...Great experience and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anyone expecting high quality care. Recently met Laura NP and she has been a great fill in. She has great bed side manner, listens and is very thorough. Carmen NP at the Westover location is very kind and makes the entire visit comfortable. Sandi the scheduler will work miracles. She will go above and beyond to expedite a visit.
Seven Oaks Women's Center is an excellent place if you are looking for a gynecologist. The staff and Dr. Brian Harle are Awesome! Friendly and excellent medical service!
Office Personnel is extremely friendly and informative. Dr Cox always answers questions and concerns with patience. He listens and explains all options if needed and has a caring personality. Thank you for being my doctor and thanks to your staff for making every visit pleasant.
This place has gone downhill. I loved PA Jeanette when she was here, but now I’ll be going elsewhere. Waits come up on 1.5-2 hours, and if they’re running behind and tell you and if you ask to reschedule, they’ll STILL charge you a FEE! Their patient portal doesn’t work half the time either, but they sure do make sure the payment portal does. Really sad, I used to love it here.
Additionally, don’t go here if you’re not married. Dr. Cox had the audacity to judge me about having a house with the man I’ve been with for 9 years, and on top of questioning me about why we aren’t married, lecture me about why we shouldn’t have a house together. PLUS, when he was leaving the room, he said “call us if you ever get married and want to have a baby”. So, I guess I’m only welcome if I’m 1. Married and 2. Want children.
Needless to say, I’m never coming back.
I have had the privledge to meet the staff to checking me in for my visit along with checking me out an making sure I have all questions answered. 🙂 personally anyone of these ladies can be amazing for anyone. Dr. Han along woth Dr. Price have been personally met an took very great care of myself.. they have multiple locations so no worries if Medical Center is not ur main location, just ask an see what works for you..
Dr. Elizabeth Delagarza is an amazing doctor. She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand my diagnosis and treatments. She takes her time every visit, and I never feel rushed. Her staff is always very friendly and courteous!

Again, if that were true they wouldn’t be charging extra for me answering probing questions from their PA. Caution when choosing this practice!!! If this is how they treat someone that isn’t pregnant, I can just imagine the extra charges they do for pregnancy visits and follow ups.
Very disappointed in this practice. They are nickel and diming me for mentioning “heavy cycles” during my annual exam. Billing my insurance an extra claim and then making me foot the bill when it was briefly discussed and nothing was set up for further tests or follow ups. I feel like during the annual they shouldn’t probe the patient for questions or concerns if they’re just going to charge for the extra questions or concerns. I guess our mouths should be shut during annuals or we will be charged. Not okay and very shameful for a practice that claims to want to provide “medical care that HELPS YOU GROW THROUGH EVERY STAGE OF A WOMAN’S LIFE”.
Amazing staff and the care here is top notch.Dr. Madison Yachcik has been a refreshing change from my previous doctor. She has been very thorough in my care.

I have been a patient here for years. Dr Christine De la Garza has been my obgyn to me and my mother. She delivered me and all my siblings. Delivered my 2 babies in 2023 and 2024 via c section I've always had great experiences here. Dr has always taken very good care of me. However I am HIGHLY disappointed and upset with her staff. End of July I went to get a pap knowing my insurance would term due to change of jobs. End of August I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd and around 6 weeks I noticed extreme cramping and blood. The only insurance I had was healthy Texas Medicaid which I know seven oaks doesn't take. So I went to an office that took it and just wanted to make sure my baby was okay and they confirmed. October 2nd I called seven oaks to make an appointment and was told that the dr wouldn't see me bc I already had confirmed somewhere else. I explained and asked the scheduler to please reach out to Dr. De la Garza and explain she said she would. I waited a whole week for a call back or answer and nothing. I yet called back Monday the 12th was on hold forever just to be hung up on called back again Waited spoke with another scheduler explained and said oh it says to transfer you to her triage nurse. Which I left a voicemail for Cynthia still not knowing what is going on or if anyone had reached out to the dr since my call from the 5th. Her voicemail box says non emergency calls will be 24-48hrs okay.. it has now been more than 72 hrs and still have not received a call. So I called back yet again nurse didn't answer so I spoke with someone in scheduling letting them know the situation if they can get ahold of her for me. Scheduler said she was away and looked into my chart all for her to say Dr is aware but still won't be able to me for this pregnancy. The lack of empathy and miscommunication from the staff is crazy to me. Both previous pregnancies were high risk. Now being told my Dr won't see me for this pregnancy and now I have to find trust in someone else to take care of me and my baby. (Mind you this is my last and will be getting my tubes tied) I cried to the scheduler just being overwhelmed and confused and all she can say is call your insurance and see who's in network rules are rules. I asked her to please have Cynthia call me still and she said yes but she's going to tell you the same thing... yet I still never got a call from her nurse. I'm just very disappointed with seven oaks please do not treat your life long patients like this.
The staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. This is my 32nd year as a patient of Dr.Cox. He takes his time to explain everything to me. I never feel like he’s rushing me to get to the next patient.

I have had an IUD placement in the past and a colposcopy + cervical biopsy. These experiences were so painful, scary, and I was so scared to have an IUD placed after my son was born that I had a panic attack at my 6 week appointment and couldn’t go through with it. We just moved to San Antonio and I still needed a good, long-term birth control option. Dr. Ng wrote me a script for valium and offered nitrous which I gladly payed out of pocket for. She didn’t give me any pushback when I asked for this help, and even though on the day of my procedure I could tell she was having a busy day, she took good care of me and was so fast. It was a completely different experience than my previous ones! It was over so fast and I was so relaxed. My only issue would be that they play music in the office. They have speakers overhead in the waiting areas and rooms, and I don’t really want to listen to subpar country pop music during sensitive conversations and procedures. I think maybe instrumental music or something calm would be fine but it’s seriously off-putting.
Dr. Mastro has performed two major surgeries on me in the last 3 years and both times she has walked me through it with absolute patience. Her calm presence makes it easy to ask any questions and I appreciate that she’s never made me feel rushed. She gives straight forward answers, honest opinions and really is a very sweet person.
I gave Seven Oaks Women’s Center three weeks to follow up with me before writing this review.
After one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had, I submitted a detailed complaint about my appointment with Dr. Abby Cook. An administrator named Mary called me, apologized, listened while I explained what happened, and told me my concerns would be escalated to the partners. I was crying on that call, just as I cried when I left the office.
Three weeks later, no one has followed up.
I do not write this lightly. I am a corporate executive, I am very comfortable advocating for myself, I have had a child, and I have had routine gynecologic care for years. I have never left an OB-GYN appointment feeling the way I did after this one.
I came in specifically for preconception counseling, irregular cycles, hormonal concerns, and questions related to complications from my previous pregnancy. Despite having already reviewed all of this with the nurse, Dr. Cook appeared unfamiliar with my history and had me repeat everything.
While I was discussing wanting another child, she volunteered that she was on a “kid-free journey,” which felt bizarre and irrelevant in a preconception appointment.
When I asked about my cycle and hormonal symptoms, I received a basic explanation of LH and progesterone instead of an assessment of my actual symptoms or any meaningful guidance. I left without answers or a plan.
My biggest concern was the Pap smear.
I have never had difficulty with a Pap smear before. During this exam, Dr. Cook repeatedly said she “couldn’t see it,” changed instruments multiple times, told me repeatedly to relax, and said my pelvic muscles were “working against” her.
At one point, while I was lying exposed with the speculum inserted, she asked ME, “What do you want to do?”
I remember thinking: you are the physician. Why am I being asked how you should proceed with a routine Pap smear?
There were multiple attempts. She appeared unsure of how to proceed, and I felt extremely vulnerable, uncomfortable, and ultimately violated by the experience.
She eventually told me she thought she obtained the sample but that it “might come back as non-diagnostic.”
When I later spoke to Mary, I was asked whether I would consider seeing Dr. Cook again. Absolutely not. I told her I had completely lost trust in this physician and believed her clinical technique should be reviewed.
I was told Dr. Cook was “fully trained.”
Perhaps she is. That does not change what I personally experienced.
Patients cannot evaluate a physician’s credentials while lying on an exam table. We can only evaluate the care we actually receive.
Women place enormous trust in their OB-GYNs. I did not feel safe, listened to, cared for, or confident in the care I received from Dr. Abby Cook.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her, particularly to anyone seeking preconception care or an OB-GYN they need to trust during intimate examinations.
I am also deeply disappointed that Seven Oaks heard the full story, told me it was being escalated to the partners, and then allowed three weeks to pass without any further follow-up.
