Loved seeing and meeting Brooke Naegele! Such an empowering visit. She took time to listen, work out different options, she was efficient and all made sure I could get my questions answered. Aside from my annual exam (well woman visit) we talked about HRT and perimenopause symptoms and managements. Brooke is a part of Dr. Annalise Kistler’s team at Seven Oaks Women’s Center and saw her at the Boerne location and the drive was well worth it.
Sono Technician Socorro was so rude to me I didn’t feel safe for her to touch me and rescheduled with another technician the next day. Emily, the new technician was trying to prevent my husband from experiencing the sono with me and was disgustingly rude, unprofessional, completely disrespectful trying to rush the sonogram before my husband could join me (he was in the hallway trying to get in the room with me) just to get revenge for Socorro. When my husband and I were visibly upset an unknown white female came from an office and immediately sided with the Emily without even asking what the issue was. I felt so unsafe there with their behavior. Operations manager Natalie called me trying to blame my husband for what happened to distract from the rude sono technician’s behavior. They all lacked integrity. I will never go back.
Booked an appt for 3/18 on 1/27 of this year. Today (3/10) they tell me that they don’t take my insurance and they’re horribly late on responding in their Klara app even though I’ll send a message back a minute after them.

Hi Kathryn! I am sorry you just discovered we don’t accept your insurance plan. We’re more than happy to see you as a self-pay patient if you are interested. Klara is our patient messaging platform, but they’re treated and answered like phone calls, so messages aren’t always immediately returned. Hope this information is helpful to you!
I saw Kaite and she was great!! I was nervous to have a female provider as I’ve only ever had male doctors. She was so welcoming, and it made me feel at ease from the very beginning. She was honest and thorough and asked all of the questions that were needed.
If you are looking for a provider to go with, I highly recommend seeing Katie. I did not feel rushed during my appointment and was able to ask all of the questions that I had.
Everyone at this clinic was very friendly, but above all, Dr. Satterfield’s care and concern for me gave me so much peace of mind. Dr. Satterfield is very thorough and does everything necessary to make her patients well.
I highly recommend Dr. Satterfield!
