It is clear that Dr. Ng truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Seven Oaks to anyone looking for doctors who are not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also compassionate and genuinely invested in their patients. The entire staff seemed very kind and personable which goes a very long way in a small community. They also offer labs and ultrasound in the same office so that was great! I was very impressed from start to finish.
Had an appt time of 7:30, the nurse practitioner didn’t arrive to the office till 7:35. Saw my provider at 8:25. My time isn’t important evidently
Dr. Cook is great!! She is so sweet and knowledgeable, and she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during the exam. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful OBGYN!
Dr. Cox office is amazing! His staff is so sweet very knowledgeable & attentive. As for Dr. Cox himself he’s super helpful very funny I’m gonna miss that guy praise GOD my boss recommended him to me she said I wouldn’t be disappointed she was right. He’s amazing! Thank you Dr. COX UR AWESOME
The staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. This is my 32nd year as a patient of Dr.Cox. He takes his time to explain everything to me. I never feel like he’s rushing me to get to the next patient.

I’ve been to the Westover Hills location and at the medical center and both are wonderful! Dr Satterfield and her staff are caring and understanding.
Really pleased and thankful to Jessica for taking such good care of me and my hair! I have very fine hair and Jessica cut it so precisely that it feels and looks fuller and amazing. I have felt confident and bold with my pixie. Definitely will make her my go to from here on out.
Disappointing experience. I’ve been dealing with recurring ovarian cyst ruptures for the past two years and had two ruptures as recently as May. At that time, the soonest appointment I could get was today. After waiting months to be seen, I had an ultrasound and thankfully the cysts were gone—which is great news—but the doctor did not even come into the room for one minute to speak with me.
I understand that there may have been nothing concerning on the ultrasound, but after dealing with repeated painful ruptures for two years, I expected at least a brief conversation about my results, what could be causing this pattern, or what I should do if it happens again. Instead, the experience essentially felt like, “You’re fine, go home, and come back when you’re in pain.”
I’m happy my cysts are gone, but I’m extremely disappointed that after waiting so long for this appointment, I received no explanation, reassurance, or actual time with the doctor. I expected better care and communication.
The best GYNO/OB office in San Antonio. All of the staff there is attentive, kind, and has wonderful bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend PA Morgan Funk. I had a horrible experience with my old OBGYN before coming to Seven Oaks and the first time I met Morgan I had a cathartic cry when she was actively listening and showing sympathy/ empathy to what I had been going through. I truly cannot recommend this place enough.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Seven Oaks Women’s Center.
This is the same practice where I had my last baby, so I was especially surprised when I called to schedule an OB appointment for my current pregnancy and was told they no longer accept surrogate/gestational carrier pregnancies.
I completely understand that practices can change their policies, but it was still incredibly disappointing to be turned away from a practice I had previously trusted with my own pregnancy and delivery.
I also have a surrogacy-friendly insurance policy that specifically covers my pregnancy, prenatal care, and related medical care, so insurance coverage was not the issue.
I was simply trying to establish prenatal care for a pregnancy I am carrying as a gestational carrier. Being told that they will no longer provide care for surrogate pregnancies was incredibly frustrating and honestly hurtful, especially given my history with this practice.
I expected better from a place where I had previously had such an important experience. Gestational carriers deserve access to compassionate, professional prenatal care just like any other pregnant patient.
Check-in was easy. They keep good open communication with patients. There was not a long wait time, even though they were busy. Everyone is very friendly. Laura Silva, PA is very thorough. I had a really great experience and visit overall!
