This is my second time doing business with this location. I genuinely have nothing but great things to say. I really appreciate how the employees are very tuned to reading the room. If you have the right questions, these people will give you the right answers and point you to the direction for all of your needs. Selection isn't like a national armory but they have a pretty large amount of related goods of this nature. If you've ever served in the military, this place is just like walking into your local armory truly top notch, clean, well organized, and plenty of eye candy to satisfy your needs. Thank you all! Had a great experience yesterday with Jacob. I was greeted with 10 seconds of walking in. I was looking for a light for my rifle. Jacob helped me find the right fit for my needs. And he even took it in the back and had it installed perfectly for me on my rifle. Awesome Service. plenty of staff to help. They also have lots of products that other gun stores don’t have.

Very nice shop with tons of desirable inventory. Was able to get some questions answered and even picked up a suppressor same day with just the 4473. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Updated review after 2nd visit: Completely different experience. Wouldn’t recommend visiting the shop if it’s busy. It was chaotic and unorganized. After waiting and getting to the cashier, I was directed to a separate area where I was helped shortly after. The guy helping while valuing trade ins for me and was redirected mid inspection to work with another customer. I then stood at the register in front of someone to check out with 2 items for a couple of minutes without any acknowledgment. I put the items back and decided to leave. After the fact, when arriving home I noticed accessories were no longer in my case after they were appraised. To be fair, the first experience was 5 stars, and the second was 2 stars.

The guys there where really cool to everyone, but me. Never been but one time was super excited then get ignored on purpose is crazy. Alot of good guns but the staff messed it up. Update when I called the number that responded an said call it it called the store haha an they guy on the phone was really nonchalant about everything an just tryd to get me to come back an Buy something but wasn't willing to cut any type of deals just want a customer if I'd of known that I wouldn't even called them back. There wasn't any making things right IF you get disrespected why would you go back??? Go to shooters, green acres, American patriots, academy sports, St Nicholas guns, wild west on lane. Id recommend pawn shops.

The staff is very consumed in socializing with each other instead of handling the customers in front of them. I brought a firearm in today to get it appraised for it’s worth and felt very much disrespected, not only by the pricing that I was offered, but also in the manner that it was delivered I buy from around 7 to 8 different gun shops here locally and this will no longer be one of them if you’re looking for a more serious better handled situation I would Recommend looking elsewhere.
