The office is so beautiful and clean. Kate is a wonderful therapist. She is extremely empathetic while also knowledgeable about therapeutic interventions such as ACT and mindfulness, which she puts into practice. She always makes me feel comfortable and cared for.

Incredibly grateful to Sentient Psychotherapy and my amazing therapist Mickey. Over the years, I’ve experienced talk therapy in fits and starts; my past therapeutic encounters were largely benign, even pointless. Not so with Sentient. Mickey takes an active interest in my wellbeing and maintains a curious, investigative mindset. He is conscientious and supportive, but always encourages deeper reflection. I've really enjoyed my experience working with a therapist at Sentient Psychotherapy. My therapist has been really great and professional throughout our time together. I chose to do the virtual therapy sessions instead of in-person as it was much for convenient for my schedule. I never had any major problems meeting virtually and was still able to form a connection with my therapist. I highly recommend this organization. I've recommended them to number of friends.
