Incredibly grateful to Sentient Psychotherapy and my amazing therapist Mickey. Over the years, I’ve experienced talk therapy in fits and starts; my past therapeutic encounters were largely benign, even pointless. Not so with Sentient. Mickey takes an active interest in my wellbeing and maintains a curious, investigative mindset. He is conscientious and supportive, but always encourages deeper reflection. I've really enjoyed my experience working with a therapist at Sentient Psychotherapy. My therapist has been really great and professional throughout our time together. I chose to do the virtual therapy sessions instead of in-person as it was much for convenient for my schedule. I never had any major problems meeting virtually and was still able to form a connection with my therapist. I highly recommend this organization. I've recommended them to number of friends.
