Dr. Kupetz, (Doc Scott), and his team are fantastic and highly professional! They have helped me with a couple of difficult root canals and dental bridge procedures and I always felt I was in great hands. Dr. Kupetz himself is a dental wizard, engineer and artist....he's that great, creative and talented....all done with a sensitivity to minimizing/eliminating pain and a reassuring "chairside" manner that he has! I felt very relaxed whilst there....also, great conversation and humour. His team: Renee and Kathy are highly skilled, professional, talented and great to work with! All 3 of them are very warm, friendly and wonderful. 'Great attention to detail in all respects and I heavily value that! Also there was an instance where I was in pain on a weekend and Doc Scott, (on an emergency basis), still took care of me, fixed the issue and got me out of pain. If you have dental issues or just want to get your dental life under control, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Kupetz, Renee, Kathy and the rest of the team....they've all been a great help to me with my dental challenges. What a blessing they all are!

The entire staff is amazing. They are all super helpful and knowledgeable and their bedside manner in top notch. Dr Scott goes into incredible detail so that you know exactly what is going on and what the next steps are. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a dentist!!!

This was the most laid back experience I have ever had at a dentist and I’m already a pretty good patient. Dr. Kupetz was friendly, professional, and was easy to talk to. Ray, the hygienist who assisted was absolutely fantastic and so sweet. I truly recommend them for all work, not just emergency work like I had. I imagine their practice is run just as efficiently.

Dr. Scott is an absolute life saver! His emergency service is amazing. I went in on Saturday at 7 pm with a tooth pain around an 8 I walked out an hour later happy as can be. He’s got excellent bedside manner and was an absolute pleasure. This is coming from someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist. Couldn’t recommend him more

Dr. Scott and his amazing staff offered me multiple emergency appointment times within the same day, and were flexible around my life events. I have severe dental anxiety and they were prepared with a calming environment as soon as I came in. Also- the shortest wait I’ve ever had at a dental office (none)! His prices are on the higher side (which they were transparent about) and worked with me to come up with a solution in my budget. I can’t sing high enough praises to the comfort I felt in the office. I’d 100% be back if it were in my budget. I cannot recommend enough.

I was just in for an emergency exam regarding serious problems with an infected tooth and was treated very well by the team here. After trying many other offices to absolutely no avail we ended up calling here earlier today (Saturday) at about 3:30pm and were responded to immediately, and I was given an appointment for 6:30pm. I was thoroughly examined and the actual cause of my pain was explained very well to me, and I was provided with an immediate treatment option and a script for antibiotics to hold me over until I can see my own dentist. Even though this is the first time I've ever even been here I can tell that this is a fantastic office. Thank you so much for seeing me and giving me the care you did today!

Very attentive and focused on making you feel comfortable. Dr. Kupetz has amazing bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. I was very anxious to get some filings done and he made me feel very comfortable and kept checking on me throughout. It’s super clear his patients and their well-being are really important to him. His staff is extremely friendly and the overall environment is welcoming and helps to put you at ease. I can’t recommend Dr. Kupetz and his staff enough!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office! My husband is absolutely terrified of the dentist and had been putting off getting a tooth pulled for far too long because of his anxiety. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was kind, patient, and so understanding of how nervous he was.
Dr Scott Kupetz took the time to explain everything step by step, reassured him throughout the procedure, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. The tooth extraction was quick, smooth, and honestly so much easier than we ever expected. My husband walked out saying, “That wasn’t bad at all!” — which is HUGE coming from him!
If you or someone you love struggles with dental anxiety, this is absolutely the place to go. Professional, compassionate, and truly phenomenal care. We are so grateful!

The friendly demeanor of the dentist and staff does not make up for the serious and unacceptable problems I experienced at this office. I was overcharged, and my insurance was submitted claims for procedures that were never performed, which raises serious ethical and billing concerns.
After a crown was placed in March 2025, my regular dentist later found excess cement left directly on my gum line—a basic and preventable error. My dentist was extremely disturbed by this and stated it could have caused damage to my gums. Leaving cement behind reflects a clear lack of attention to standard dental care and patient safety.
To make matters worse, the crown fell off while I was eating (unfortunately it was swallowed), yet I was told I would need to pay out of pocket for a completely new crown, despite the original being placed only months earlier. Refusing to stand behind recent work while shifting the financial burden onto the patient is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Between the billing irregularities, substandard workmanship, and lack of accountability, I strongly advise others to avoid this office altogether. If you do choose to go here, verify every charge, closely monitor what is submitted to your insurance, and be prepared to seek corrective care elsewhere.

This patient called the emergency service and I called her back with 3 minutes at 730AM. She stated that her crown came out and she swallowed last night. I made her an appointment for today the same day she called at 2pm. She stated she was not going to pay again because she paid in March 2025 which was 10 months ago. I told her I would speak with the Dr. and call her back. I called her back and told her that there would be a charge and before I could complete my sentence which was going to include a discount of 50%. she stated yelling that she is going to her regular dentist and to cancel the appointment and then started using the F work. I don't tolerate being verbal abused. She never complained about the crown which was cemented 10 months prior and she never called regarding the bill or insurance. We do not take insurance we are a private practice. I do submit insurance for our patients for reimbursement. We take pride in our work and send all documents and x-rays to insurance company's. If she felt that something was not right why didn't she call?!? Again we were willing to get her in asap. I can't not comprehend why or tolerate someone spreading lies especially regarding billing and insurance. This was 100% false.
