My roof had reached end of life and so l requested bids from 8 companies to replace it. Michael came out and spent the time with me needed to see what had to be done and walk me through the process. He had shingle samples for me to keep and took some great pictures of the roof. The quote came in quickly and had great detail specifying the exact materials they were planning on using. As I talked to other roofers and did some research I found that the quoted materials were all premium quality and part of a great 25 year warranty. The quote price came in a little higher than the lowest and much lower than the highest bid. It was the quality of materials and personal attention that won the job. He kept me informed of all progress and install dates, working to fit my schedule. He even added a quote to remove and reinstall my solar panels that was about half what 2 other solar installers quoted. The roofing crew was great and made quick work of my roof.

As a B licensed general contractor we often find ourselves in need of support in the trades. If you are looking for a solid roofer to subcontract Adolfo and Michael are your guys. Their staff communicates well. Projects can be demanding and require a lot of detail and foresight and thats when having a professional with experience goes a very long way. I cant recommend these guys enough. Top to bottom the best sub contract I have ever administered. fantastic work guys!

Job - R&R 6000sf of underlayment on 30 year old concrete tile roof. Michael and Adolfo aren't done until the job is done right. Jonathan remedied things that were not done 30 years prior. Michael is knowledgeable and personable. Have already recommended him. Great responses from Jonathan on the estimate and staying in contact regarding start schedule.
