What an amazing experience from start to finished! The team that installed my windows and sliding doors did an excellent job. The entire team was professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived on time, work efficiently and everything was completed on time. The quality of the installation was outstanding and the finished product looks beautiful. Hi, my name is Billie, I wanted to share my experience purchasing a new roof for our recently purchased home. We knew from the beginning that the roof would need to be replaced, and I was honestly dreading the process. My goal was to find a company that was knowledgeable and professional without using high-pressure sales tactics. After speaking with three different roofing companies, I chose to work with BFARR Contractors & Roofing. Steve Atkins came to our home, was respectful of my time, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Because our roof had an existing warranty, the project presented some unique considerations. Steve was the only contractor who was willing to work through those challenges with us. He took the time to understand our needs, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the entire process. Iris 2026.07.07 I live in New York and my father who lives in Florida needed a new roof that was in need of replacement for several years. I had to handle the project from NY and did some research through google, l noticed that BFARR had many 5 star reviews and decided to call them. I only had two weeks since I had to get back to work. The young lady in the office found out they would be able to accommodate me in the short time I had, which they did. Worse mistake I ever made... Was NOT to hire BFARR for last roofing project. The men worked in a well coordinated, organized fashion. Well set dumpster , tear off , installation, meanwhile Charles and Edwin were on site daily to provide real time snapshots of work in progress, including keeping me updated on the progress and time schedule. Wood replacement perfectly installed and joined, looks great.. At the end , clean up was phenomenal. Not a single nail left behind. Recommend to all.. Very satisfied... Gutters laterthis week ... I had an exceptional experience with BFARR Roofing company and cannot recommend them enough! From the start, Steve, a BFARR sales representative addressed my concerns as well as listened to my experiences with other roofing companies I had interviewed in the past. BFARR stood out completely from other roofing companies. When I consulted with two other companies, they basically shrugged and told me good luck or that my home would become a demolition site, showing zero regard for taking care of my property. BFARR Roofing team, on the other hand, went above and beyond. They completely followed through on my specific requests—including setting up protective coverings for my garden to keep my landscape safe during the project. When a minor issue happened with some rust getting on my driveway, they promptly cleaned it up. I felt extremely comfortable working with them every step of the way because of the genuine care and professionalism they showed toward my home.
