Roof Repair was assigned to me by Thumb Tack. I heard from them right away and actually setup a time to have a free inspection of the roof... Matt came out went in the roof area and actually found a different problem than we had assumed... it was actually the AC unit and not the roof that was causing issues.... I REALLY appreciate that Matt took the extra effort and steps to do a thorough investigation of the roof and attic area. there was no charge for this and I don't have that stress anymore
I really appreciate the work from Roof Repair Company and I recommend them....
Thank you, James! Sometimes the honest answer is that it isn't the roof at all. We're glad Matt took the extra time in the attic to trace the problem to the AC unit, with no charge for the inspection. We appreciate the recommendation, and we're here anytime your roof needs a free inspection. -Roof Repair Company Mgmt

The Roof Repair Company is genuine and legitimate. I will give this roofing company a five star plus. They did an impressive job replacing my roof. They will come out to your home and give you honest and upfront advice on your roof with respect for your time. They start early and finish in a very timely manner. They take care and do the roofing project right. They not only replaced my roof they repaired what could affect the new roof. I had a roof that had only been on my home for about 8 years, and it looked like it was much older. The Roof Repair Company did not make short cuts. They provided everything that my roof needed and installed it properly. They provided a TDI warranty, receipt, and GAF class 3 paper for my insurance the same day the roofers completed the project. I appreciate this company. I had about seven other roofer estimates, and they knocked the other roofers out of the park with the equal or better quality, a better price, and great workmanship. This company does not overcharge like so many others and gives the same or better roof. So, before you decide on a new roof, give this company a call.
Mary, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. An 8-year-old roof shouldn't look that worn, and we're glad we could replace it the right way: fixing what affects the new roof, venting the attic properly, and getting your TDI windstorm and GAF Class 3 documentation to you the same day for your insurance. Being chosen out of seven estimates means a lot to our whole crew. -Roof Repair Company Mgmt

Matt and his crew did an amazing job with our roof replacement. Better price using the same GAF materials as the more expensive guys. Highly recommended!
