I am confused on how to grade my interaction with Mr. Doumanian... I had a 1:1 consultation regarding the organization of a business structure. Overall the interaction was pleasant and I have had my questions answered - to a degree.
However when I brought up a a question on how my particular situation will be treated if a charging order were to be issued in the case of a law suite, Mr. Doumanian replied that he was not aware of that term. "Charging order"? I thought maybe this practice is not common in California - but it does not seem to be the case. Neither is it a some niche term: please check California Code, Corporations Code - CORP § 17705.03.
This significantly jeopardized my trust to Mr. Doumaninan's expertise in the very field he practices in.
Roger helped us facilitate a series of complex agreements for our managed data services business. This specific process was absolutely new to us, and we had many questions. Roger took his time to sit with us and explain all aspects (both guaranteed and potential) and advised us every step of the way. With Roger in our corner, the entire process was smooth and ultimately successful.
