Chantelle was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout our build. The house took a long time to build, but Chantelle was remarkably patient and stayed with me every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, offered knowledgeable advice, and made the whole conveyancing process feel seamless. Building can be stressful with so many moving parts, but she kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I genuinely felt I was in very capable hands. I recommend her 100% and would have no hesitation recommending bytherules Conveyancing!

We have now used Janeen from By the Rules for the second time, and we honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
The first time we purchased a property, we experienced a very difficult process, but Janeen was absolutely wonderful. She guided us through every step, answered all our questions and provided incredible support when we really needed it.
Our second experience was much more seamless, but Janeen was just as amazing. No question was ever too much trouble, and she was always there to help, offer advice and make sure we felt supported throughout the entire process.
Janeen genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients, and having someone so knowledgeable, approachable and caring in your corner makes all the difference.
Thank you, Janeen, for making both experiences so much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to use you again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a fantastic conveyancer!
