Had an overall great experience with Rich and the Crew. They came, worked hard, and got the job done in one day. There was a little miscommunication with project start date, but they came the next working day and got to taken care of. Will work with again.
The crew arrived on site each morning on time, worked diligently the full day, took care to do a good job, kept the area fairly clean and then cleaned up nicely when done. They were friendly considerate.
I highly recommend Rich Rayburn Roofing. They replaced my roof and two skylights for a fair price. I was impressed with the crew they sent out to do the job; they were young but professional and thoughtful and cleaned up after themselves every day. I was happy a final inspection was done before I was billed for the remainder due and I received a refund from the estimate for materials not used.
Detailed, timely, and worked with me as I desired. Quality work!

The bid came in very competitively priced. The removal team, install team, follow-up, and office staff were all amazing. They did a fantastic job, were neat, courteous, and worked very efficiently. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Rich Rayburn crew did an excellent job on my flat roof and deck. Very hardworking guys. The craftsmanship, timing, materials were all excellent . My only problem was that they did not draw plans or photograph the original… so they didn’t really know how to rebuild it. 🤪 I would definitely re-hire them for any future roofing needs.

No Show! Rich Rayburn Roofing scheduled me for a repair a week and a half out. Not great after an atmospheric river revealed a leak in my roof. Followed up a week later to find out the day they’d be out only to hear a totally different story than what Michelle originally told me when booking the appointment. They now told me they would be out only if they decide go to my area or when they had someone in the area. What does that mean! So now I’m told if they decide to go to my area I’d be the first on the list! No appointment in sight! Roof still leaking! This is just not good business! Now over a week later I’m sitting here with water dripping in my house, looking for another roofer with little confidence after being disregarded so callously by Rich Rayburn Roofing. If you can’t do the job just say so, so I could have used that time to find someone that stands behind their word, show up and does the job.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. But per our conversation I had told you that we do not have a crew for leaks and repairs right now and it will be sometime before we can get out to you. I suggested that you call around and see if another company can get out to you sooner. You did also mention that you would try and get ahold of the original Contractor that did your roof. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope you find a contractor to help with your roofing needs. Michelle

Staff has great communication skills, someone always answers the phone. They follow up and keeps you updated. They show up when they say, never kept in the dark like most contractors, great all around services.
