Family time in Costa Rica
We had a wonderfull experience in Costa Rica. We planned the trip with the team of Rebecca Adventure Trvavel, that was full of care and with a lot of love and enthusiasm. I had an amazing experience with Rebecca Adventure Travel! This was truly one of the highlights of my time in Quito, Ecuador. The horseback riding experience around Cotopaxi was absolutely unforgettable. Riding through the breathtaking Andean landscapes, surrounded by incredible views and the unique atmosphere of Cotopaxi, was something I will never forget. Booked a 16 day trip to Ecuador thru Rebecca Travel. Took an 8 day cruise in Galapagos and a 5 day cruise in the Amazon along with some time in Quito. Lots of logistics involved due to domestic roundtrip flights to both regions. The whole trip was custom designed to our preferences. Very impressed with the support and service provided by Rebecca Travel. First class!! Had a zoom meeting before the trip to review the daily itinerary and logistics. They also provided 24/7 support by whatsapp with daily messages about the next day's plans. Very impressive and highly recommend using them.

Great operator to book a Galapagos cruise with
The trio was well organised and fully taken care of from prior to the flight to Galapagos to the flight out. The cruise was the best way to see the islands as it moves daily and overnight. The agents were very helpful in organising the logistics and answering questions and were very accessible and reliable. While I feel a cruise is expensive vs being based on land, it does make a big difference having all the logistics taken care of and only have to show up for tours guided by naturalists and making full use of the time available.

It’s quite fun overall. I love the travelers on the boat, everyone’s friendly. Amazing to have a doctor on the boat too. One thing I would suggest is to make sure the doctor is accessible at midnight, eg. Is there a direct line from the rooms that can access the doctors? Or from the reception? Because sometimes seasickness do get bad at mid night when everyone’s sleeping. Otherwise- the national park guides are amazing, all three of them. The operation for the trip is good, every part of it is taken care of- the transit from hotel to airport, the communication.

A Seamless, Personalised Journey in the Galápagos
As first-time visitors to Latin America, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Looking back now, one of the best decisions we made was having Rebecca organise our Guayaquil and Galápagos trip. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Every question we had was answered quickly, and more importantly, Rebecca genuinely listened to what we wanted. Instead of offering a standard itinerary, they customised the entire trip around our interests and travel style, making it feel personal rather than packaged. The logistics were flawless. Every airport pickup was perfectly on time, and every time we walked out of the terminal, our driver was already waiting with our names on a sign. That simple detail gave us tremendous peace of mind, especially on our first trip to South America. The Galápagos itself was unforgettable, but travelling there involves quite a lot of coordination—flights, ferries, speedboats, taxis, and transfers between islands. Rebecca made all of those moving parts feel effortless. Everything flowed smoothly, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience instead of worrying about the logistics. One unexpected highlight was the three-hour city tour of Guayaquil with Francisco. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but what impressed us most was his genuine love for his city. His pride and confidence in Guayaquil’s culture were infectious, and he helped us discover a side of the city that goes far beyond the often-negative impressions you find online. One moment that has stayed with me was when he picked an ylang-ylang flower by the roadside for us to smell. It had the sweetest ylang-ylang fragrance I have ever experienced, and somehow that small moment perfectly captured the warmth and authenticity of the day. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime journey, and we came home with memories we’ll treasure forever. Ecuador has left such a wonderful impression on us that we’re already talking about coming back—perhaps to explore Cotopaxi next time—and when we do, we’ll definitely be reaching out to Rebecca again. Thank you, Rebecca, for making our first journey to Ecuador so smooth, memorable, and special.

Brilliant experience
All the great reviews of the Samba are totally merited. It was a fantastic experience- very intense, with activities starting as early as 5:40 am (no joke) which I thought I would hate. But actually it was great and allowed us to fit so much into each day, and also experience the sites with no other boats around. Jimmy, our guide, was compulsively and genuinely warm, and could not have been more helpful. At the end he presented us with a 16 minute film he had made during the trip, which was documentary quality, and a great reminder of all the things we had seen. The whole crew was very kind, and ran extremely efficiently. The group of travelers quickly bonded, and it was really enjoyable socially, which I had not expected. Apart from a small amount of sea sickness at the start, the experience could not be bettered. The wildlife in the Galapagos was incredible, and the most amazing part was how close you got to it all: iguanas, sea lions, birds, sea turtles, sharks, fish, even flamingos. It was glorious- . If you are looking for an active version of the Galapagos, the Samba is first class.

From Quito to the cloud forest, Indigenous communities, waterfalls, volcanoes, Cuenca, Cajas, Cotocachi, and Papallacta, every part of the trip felt thoughtfully curated.
