Qualicare was good at the beginning but then things slowly start changing. Set your schedule as a trial period for a couple months and 6 months later when you think things are all good they take your evening staff away saying the staff didn’t wanna come but when I asked the staff they said they weren’t asked. Change your shift in a matter of hours but you had to give 24 hour notice or you were still charged. Then when you confront the owner to contact a lawyer she releases you with no home care after just being released from the hospital with sepsis and heart issues that need meds. Promises here are not kept! 4 days with no home care, meds not regular time, no meals and relying on who ever and even if they can help. Tread lightly I had one amazing staff the others couldn’t speak or understand English, performed religious prayers and such without asking, had no respect for my home. I can say a whole lot more but I won’t but thanks for leaving me to the wolves! Thank you so friggin much!!

I am deeply thankful to Qualicare for the wonderful care and support they provided to my father during his last stage of dementia. The caregivers were not only professional but also incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They treated him with dignity and respect, and their gentle approach brought comfort to our whole family. Knowing he was in such caring hands gave us peace during a very difficult time. I will always be grateful to Qualicare for their exceptional service and the love they showed my father.

We have had Indy and her team of caregivers provide part-time care and support this last two months for our Mom who recently had a stroke. The Qualicare team has done a good job so far helping Mom out, and we look forward to continuing to have them care for our Mom during the day as she transitions to home next month.

I can’t say enough good things about Indy and her team. She coordinated quick and effective services for our family on our time of need. She and her team allowed my father in law to spend his last days at home, surrounded by family. My elderly parent needed some home support and Qualicare was able to set up a schedule immediately and efficiently. The care aides are always there at the appointed time. I don't have to worry if they are going to be late or not show up.
