After having two hip operations and suffering a stroke I have struggled with mobility and balance issues. The thought of joining a gym was daunting but I found Push and Pull Health in Station Road, Herne Bay. I arranged to meet with Ben and the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and equipment in the gym. After discussing various health issues I decided to book personal 1-1 sessions. I feel I am really benefitting from my sessions and would highly recommend Ben.

Hi Bill,

I really appreciate the kind words, and thank you for the recommendation.

After two hip operations and a stroke, I know joining a gym can feel daunting, so I’m glad you found Push Pull Health on Station Road and came to meet me first. Being a private studio helps take away some of that daunting feeling, and I’m glad the cleanliness and range of equipment made a good first impression.

Talking through your health history before you booked meant I could build your 1-1 personal training in Herne Bay around your mobility and balance from the start. It’s been great to see you walk short distances unaided and slowly but surely improve your shoulder mobility.

I’m looking forward to helping you get stronger and continue building your confidence.

Thanks for the five stars, Arnold. It’s been a pleasure training you and your wife Wendy together at the private studio on Station Road in Herne Bay.

I built the personalised coaching around what you both want to keep doing: going on walks and dancing together for as long as possible. I’m glad I could support you with building your confidence on your feet, reducing your risk of falls and practising getting up off the floor safely, which is what strength training for older adults should do.

I’m also happy to hear you’re training from home between sessions. Well done for sticking at it and proving that, even at 87, it’s never too late to get stronger, make improvements, and feel better!

I run my own business, so time's always tight. I got to the stage where I knew I needed to sort out my exercise and diet routine before the dad bod took over completely. A mate recommended Ben and Push Pull Health, so I started with 1-1 sessions before moving into small-group training once I'd got the basics of my form and technique sorted. I'm not a huge fan of busy gyms, so the private studio was a big selling point on Station Road, easy to get to from work in town. There's off-street parking too, so I don't waste time hunting for a space. Training first thing in the morning means it's done and dusted before the working day even starts, rather than something else to squeeze in later when I'm knackered. It's also made a big difference in my energy and focus throughout the day. I've noticed a significant reduction in stress, which has led me to make better choices around my nutrition. The personalised coaching is what's kept me showing up, rather than following some generic plan I'd have given up on after a few weeks, as I've done in the past. I've wasted money on supplements before and been told to cut out entire food groups or persuaded to try another quick fix more times than I can count, so having someone actually explain what matters and what doesn't, without demonising any food, really helped me cut through a lot of noise that's out there! The accountability side made the biggest difference, though; having someone to check in with kept me consistent in a way I hadn't managed on my own. 30 days in, and I'm already noticing the difference: I'm more consistent, I feel more capable, and I finally feel like I'm on top of my routine and moving away from a dad bod!

Thank you for your review, Andy. I'm really glad you got in touch on your mate's recommendation. Moving from 1-1 sessions to small-group training once you felt more confident with your form and technique is exactly how it should work, and I know not being a fan of busy gyms was a big part of why the private studio setup suited you from the start.

I'm happy to hear the personalised coaching is what's kept you showing up this time, rather than another generic plan you'd have dropped after a few weeks.

I know from our initial chat that energy, focus and managing stress were things you were keen to work on, so it's reassuring to hear you feel these have improved alongside the training itself.

As you highlighted, wading through all the supplement and quick-fix BS you've picked up over the years isn't easy. Still, you navigated it by making small, realistic changes to your daily habits, and I provided just enough accountability for you to do the hard work.

The battle to keep the dad bod in check continues!

I'm only 12 weeks postpartum and, after having a C-section, I reached out to Ben at Push Pull Health as I was really struggling with things like lifting the car seat into the car due to poor upper-body strength. I did plenty of walking and some pelvic-floor-focused ball work during pregnancy, which definitely helped. However, I do regret not trying more strength-focused prenatal training too, as it's made getting back into my day-to-day routine harder than it might have been. Since I started training with Ben, I'm already noticing a real improvement not only in my upper-body strength but also in my core and confidence, making simple things like lifting a car seat much easier. I was worried about doing the wrong thing too soon after a C-section, and not really knowing when it was safe to start again, but Ben took the guesswork out of that completely. My body hasn't felt like mine in a while, and slowly strengthening my core alongside everything else is helping with my mum-tum and rebuilding my confidence. I've never really enjoyed lifting weights before. However, alongside swimming and attending classes when time (and the baby) allow, I've come to appreciate just how important and rewarding getting stronger can be! Ben has been brilliant from the start — he's incredibly patient, explains everything really clearly, and takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable. Everything is tailored around my recovery, and I never feel pressured to do more than my body is ready for. Ben has also offered additional support outside sessions through an easy-to-use app that's been really useful for extra home workouts and tracking daily habits, giving me a clear programme to follow when I'm not at the gym. The nutrition advice has been a huge bonus too, and it has really supported me while breastfeeding, especially in maintaining my milk supply and getting the right balance of nutritious foods for this period in my life. I didn't want to do anything extreme or jump into a crash diet to shift the baby weight, so having proper guidance that actually works alongside breastfeeding has meant a lot. Ben has given me simple meal ideas and quick, easy recipes that I can actually make as a busy mum! I love that it's a private studio, so I feel comfortable working out at a slower pace while I recover. It's also given me a real reason to take an hour for myself without feeling guilty, which isn't always easy with a newborn. Being able to get to the gym on Station Road easily from home has made a real difference too. I've already gained enough confidence to start considering the small-group, strength-focused sessions, which I honestly didn't think I'd be ready to consider so soon! Couldn't recommend Ben and the private studio enough, especially for anyone returning to exercise postpartum and looking for a supportive, knowledgeable and personalised approach

Thanks so much for this, Fiona!

Struggling to lift the car seat after a C-section is so common for new mums, but it's rarely talked about, so I'm really glad the upper body and core work has made things easier so quickly.

Being only twelve weeks postpartum and already considering small group sessions is brilliant progress, and it's been great to see your confidence keep growing in the gym.

Working with dozens of local Herne Bay mums has taught me how much postnatal training benefits from a properly tailored programme, so it means a lot that this has come across in your experience, with the additional home exercises and short workouts giving you something to fall back on between sessions.

I'm also really glad the nutrition side has helped, from maintaining your milk supply to the quick, easy meal ideas that fit around a newborn rather than adding more pressure to your day.

Keep going, you're doing brilliantly!

I met Ben at an over-60s talk he did around the importance of strength training and retaining muscle and power as we age. I've always liked exercise and already do pilates and swim on a regular basis but wanted to add some strength-based exercise into my routine. I had started going to a gym but got bored and lost motivation and needed "something" to give me a push - Ben has been that "something". Push Pull Health is a private studio on Station Road, Herne Bay, with off- street parking. The personalised sessions have helped improve my exercise form and, with the added structure and consistency that's been missing previously, has reduced the guesswork from past routines. I've gained a much better understanding of nutrition, calories, portion sizes and why a high-protein diet is important to help me reach my goals. This has also helped me reduce mindless snacking, which has been the hardest habit to break. Thirty days in, I feel I'm on my way to achieving my goals, including improved tone, muscle strength and losing body fat thanks to Ben's knowledge and encouragement.

Thanks Janine, I'm glad the 'Getting Stronger Over-60s' talk got you thinking about strength training.

I often hear about getting bored in a normal gym. You needed structure instead of wandering around without a plan; it's great to hear exactly why the personalised coaching and private space in Herne Bay has worked better for you.

Keeping up the swimming and Pilates alongside our strength-focused sessions really complements what you're working towards with sustainable weight loss.

Good to hear the nutrition side's clicking too, especially cutting back on the mindless snacking. That's usually one of the hardest habits to shift, so well done for becoming more aware of this and taking action!

Thirty days in, and you're already seeing positive results in your muscle tone and strength.

Here's to the next 30 and beyond!

I heard about Ben and Push Pull Health at a talk 'Getting Stronger After 60' that I attended. I haven't set foot inside a gym for many years and the thought of it was quite daunting but after listening to Ben's talk I joined Push Pull Health for the 30-day nutrition and lifestyle course, which includes four gym sessions. It's a private gym studio on Station Road (with off street parking) which made me feel more comfortable about going. Recovering from knee surgery Ben has adapted the sessions for me, which means I've still been able to do everything that's asked of me. Thirty days in, my knee is doing ok, and I feel better in myself, which was really all I was hoping for going into this. It's also started making me think more about everything, not just training. I am motivated to continue working toward my goals of getting stronger, fitter and toning up. Thank you Ben.

Thanks Tina, I'm really glad you came to the recent 'Getting Stronger After 60' talk and ended up giving me and the gym a go.

Starting back in a gym after years away isn't easy at the best of times, let alone recovering from knee surgery. Still, you've managed everything asked of you.

Glad the knee's doing OK, and the 30-day nutrition and lifestyle course has you thinking beyond the sessions. Exercising with a friend at the private studio on Station Road is exactly what makes personal training in Herne Bay work for people in your position.

Well done on the first 30 days. Plenty more to come!

I'd been watching my friend Pauline make real progress with Ben over the past 18 months; better mobility, more energy, so I decided it was time to give the gym a go myself. I'm post-menopausal, in my late 60s, and had a few things going on: high blood pressure being monitored by my GP, a long-standing shoulder issue, and the occasional bout of lower back pain and sciatica. I was also keen to keep my cholesterol in check through diet and exercise and avoid going down the statins route if I could help it. The sessions at Push Pull Health on Station Road did exactly that: Ben paid close attention to form and technique from the start, introduced exercises to build my core strength, and adapted things where needed. I try to do as much cardio and aerobic exercise outside the gym as I can, so the strength-focused training complements that nicely. Like many women my age, I'd heard about the decline in bone density that occurs during menopause. Ben explained what happens to your bones during and after menopause, the drop in oestrogen, and what that means for bone mineral density in the long term. We introduced some power-specific exercises: slams, skipping, and jumping; movements I'd never had the confidence to attempt previously. I'd been following an intermittent fasting approach for a while. Still, my eating was erratic, going too long without food and then overdoing the carbs. The 30-day nutrition course helped me kick-start some motivation around that. No dramatic overhaul, just small realistic tweaks that actually work around a busy lifestyle. My goals coming in were to build some muscle tone, lose body fat, and get fitter. Thirty days in and I can already feel the difference. For women in their 60s in and around Herne Bay and Whitstable who've been putting it off, sometimes it just takes seeing someone you know make progress to give you the nudge you need.

Thanks Amber, I really appreciate this.

Pauline's been a brilliant advert for what's possible; I'm glad her progress was enough to get you through the door.

The medical history you came in with could have been a reason not to start. High blood pressure monitored by your GP, the shoulder, the sciatica, but that's exactly what personal training at Push Pull Health on Station Road should accommodate, not avoid.

Getting the foundations right with form and technique, building core strength, and working around what needed working around meant the power work, the slams, the skipping, the jumping, was possible sooner than you might have expected.

The bone mineral density conversation is one I have a lot with women in their 60s, and it's one of the more important ones. Strength training doing what it should for post-menopausal women in Herne Bay means addressing that alongside the aesthetic goals, and keeping cholesterol in check and avoiding the statins route through exercise and diet is absolutely something we can work towards together.

The fact that you're already doing cardio and aerobic work outside the gym gives the strength training something to build on. The nutrition course pulling the eating into line alongside that makes everything work harder.

Thirty days in and already feeling the difference. Looking forward to seeing where the next thirty take you.

I'll be honest – I'd written off personal trainers entirely. Everything I saw on social media was either someone telling me to get up at 4 am or implying that if I wasn't seeing results, it was a mindset problem. I'd also had a bad experience with a PT years ago who pushed me too hard, where I felt constantly injured. I wasn't in a rush to repeat it. My wife spotted Ben's content online – no-nonsense, no judgement, and refreshingly honest about how exercise can be a massive pain in the arse. That's what struck me, and it was enough to make me come in for a chat at the Push Pull Health studio on Station Road. I'm a man in my mid-50s and had been through prostate cancer treatment, so I needed someone aware of that without making it the entire focus of every session. Ben got that balance right from the start, and the sessions were tailored entirely around what I needed. Ben also helped me make a few tweaks to my diet, which, alongside the training, made a noticeable difference to how I felt day-to-day. I'd been doing electric mountain biking, which, whatever anyone says, does take something away from the cardiovascular side. Since starting the 1-1 personal training sessions in Herne Bay, I feel stronger all round, not just in the legs. My energy is better, my mood has improved, and I've lost a fair amount of weight and toned up. The sessions are also genuinely enjoyable, which previously they never were. Good music, we take the piss out of each other a bit, and I can be myself. Too busy? You can make time for your health. Too unfit? You start where you are. Terrified? I would have been the last person to recommend seeing a PT based on my previous experience. Just come and have a chat first; it's nothing like you think it will be.

Thanks Richard, I really appreciate this.

There are enough people on social media telling you to get up at 4am and fix your mindset without me adding to it, so I'm glad the honest approach to exercise being a pain in the arse landed the way it did.

Getting the balance right around your treatment was important, and I'm glad that came across in the sessions and your personalised plan.

It's easy to let things slip in your 50s—a bad experience with a PT, a few injuries, and suddenly it's just easier not to bother. Getting back on track and actually enjoying it is the bit that matters.

Getting the balance right around your treatment was important, and I'm glad that came across in the sessions at the Push Pull Health studio on Station Road.

Great to hear you feel stronger on the bike; energy increased, mood improved, some weight shifted and toning up for good measure.

That's personal training in Herne Bay doing exactly what it should, adapting the approach at every step.

Your wife has got excellent taste in personal trainers!

See you in the gym.

I found Push Pull Health on Facebook. I stumbled upon Ben's reels, and his sense of humour made me laugh, which immediately relaxed me enough to come down for a chat. I'd been through breast cancer treatment, and it had really knocked my confidence. I'd lost a lot of strength, and in my late 50s, wasn't sure where to start with strength training. The thought of a public gym full of terrifying equipment wasn't something I could face. I needed somewhere private, with personalised coaching that took my treatment and previous experience into account. I'm a keen runner and have tried yoga before, but neither had given me what I needed to build my strength back up. My husband and I are both big into food—he's always experimenting with weird and wonderful vegan dishes, so I'd always had a good handle on my diet. The training side was what was missing, particularly rebuilding my upper body strength. I started with private 1-1 sessions at the Push Pull Health studio on Station Road, and everything was tailored to what I actually needed. For women over 50 thinking about strength training, that personalised approach makes a real difference. Over time, it built my confidence enough to join the small-group personal training sessions in Herne Bay, which I was hesitant about at first. I really look forward to them now. Everyone's supportive, nobody's judgmental, and we have a genuinely good laugh. The thing I'm most proud of is how far my upper body strength has come. I can do a push-up now, and we're actively working towards my first pull-up. Coming from where I started, that's nothing. If you're putting it off, I understand, because that was me. Just come down and have a relaxed chat with Ben. It's worth it.

Hi Martine,

Thank you for being so open about the challenges you've faced getting here.

Returning to exercise after cancer treatment needed a personalised approach, and a public gym was never going to provide that.

I'm glad my reels encouraged you to take that first step. Adding a bit of humour and acknowledging how hard it is to find exercise you can stick with is never a bad thing!

convinced myself the gym wasn't for me. Too intimidating, no idea where to start, and perimenopause was throwing everything out of whack —the energy dips, the mood swings, the feeling of not quite recognising myself. The last thing I needed was to feel even more out of my depth in a gym and with exercise I'd actively avoided most of my life. I also had it fixed in my head that lifting weights would make me bulky. That turned out not to be true! What changed things was finding Push Pull Health on Station Road. The small-group sessions are non-intimidating: a tight-knit community of people who, like me, hadn't exactly been queuing up to join a gym. Ben pays close attention to form and gives regular, constructive feedback, not in a way that makes you feel like you're doing everything wrong, but in a way that makes you feel looked after. What I didn't know before starting was how important strength training is for bone density, especially during perimenopause. That's been one of the bigger eye-openers, understanding that lifting weights isn't vanity, it's actually doing something useful for my long-term health. The nutrition side shifted things, too. Nothing restrictive, just straightforward, practical knowledge that changed how I thought about eating without it feeling like another diet that I can't stick to. The accountability helps more than I expected. Knowing there's a session booked and that people are expecting you makes it a lot harder to bail, and a lot more enjoyable when you show up. The changes that surprised me most were outside the gym. My posture improved, the weight around my middle started to shift, and aches I'd just accepted as part of getting older and perimenopause began to ease. I had more energy, my mood levelled out, and I started feeling like myself again, for the first time in years! The private small-group sessions have become one of my favourite parts of the week and are a healthy blend of laughter and exercise! From the moment I met Ben, I knew it was the right place. If you're a woman in your 40s or 50s around Whitstable and Herne Bay who's been putting this off, just come and meet him for a chat and a coffee

Hi Bernie, Thanks for this!

The bulky myth is one I hear a lot before women start lifting weights. What tends to replace it is a better understanding of what strength training actually does for women going through perimenopause– protecting bone mineral density, increasing energy, and improving mood.

It's great to hear you're feeling like yourself again. Your weight shifting, your posture improving, your aches easing off, exactly the results that strength training in your 40s should be delivering.

Great to hear you've embraced the community side too.
The accountability of showing up for each other in the sessions is something many people don't expect to value as much as they do.

I'm really glad you found Push Pull Health in Herne Bay and I look forward to seeing you continue to improve!

My husband and I joined Push Pull Health not really knowing what to expect. We'd both tried exercise before without it ever sticking, and our expectations were pretty low! I'd enjoyed dancing in the past and dabbled with Pilates, so I wasn't completely new to exercise. But structured strength training was a different thing entirely, and something I'd always assumed wasn't really for me. Within 30 days, the improvements were noticeable. I felt stronger; I was moving better; my confidence had increased as I made adjustments to my form and lifted more weight than I'd have thought possible in such a short amount of time. What surprised me most was how much I actually enjoy it, something I never expected to say! Ben's coaching is personalised throughout, even in the small-group setting. The feedback is constructive and consistent, and it actually helps build your understanding rather than just telling you what to do. The small nutritional tweaks outside of the sessions have made a difference, too. Getting enough protein to support the training we were doing wasn't something we'd thought much about before. Ben helped us work out practical ways to include more in our diet without overcomplicating it, and it has started to show in how we feel in and out of the gym. Training alongside my husband, Rob, in a private, non-intimidating personal training studio in Herne Bay has made staying consistent far easier than anything we'd tried before.

Hi Rachael,

Thank you for this!

Going from dancing and Pilates into structured strength training is a bigger shift than most people expect. The improvements in your confidence and strength within the first 30 days have been brilliant to see!

Finding some simple ways to get more protein into your diet to support what you're both putting in has helped, too.
The fact that you're actually enjoying it, something you didn't expect to say, is a sign that it's working!

I know having your husband, Rob, alongside you has helped with consistency, and that's exactly what the small-group personal training sessions at Push Pull Health on Station Road aim to provide: making it far easier to keep showing up.

Thanks again for your continued support, and I'm looking forward to seeing where the next 30 days take you.

I joined Push Pull Health alongside my wife to build muscle, gain weight, get stronger, and improve my overall fitness. I wanted to focus on gradual progress over a few months rather than chasing quick results. Within 30 days, I was noticeably lifting heavier weights, moving better, and starting to see real improvements in strength and muscle tone. Ben's coaching has helped me improve my exercise form, and consistent, constructive feedback has helped me understand what I'm doing and why. The full-body-focused small-group sessions on Station Road are structured, keep you on your toes and varied enough to avoid ever feeling stale. I had an old knee injury going in that I was slightly wary of. It was never an issue. Every exercise is adaptable, and Ben adjusted things where needed without it ever feeling like a limitation. That's not something I'd experienced in a gym setting before. Support and guidance with my nutrition has been just as useful. As a vegetarian trying to gain weight, getting enough calories and protein through busy working days wasn't something I'd ever had proper guidance on before. Ben pointed us towards Nutracheck to get a better handle on what we were actually eating, and through some quick, easy recipe ideas, helped us put together meals that fit around long days without overcomplicating things. The sessions have kept us consistent, felt progressive week to week, and turned out to be genuinely enjoyable; something neither of us expected!

Hi Rob,

Thank you for this!

A gradual progress mindset is underrated, and after 30 days, it's already paying off. Lifting heavier weights comfortably alongside real improvements in strength and muscle tone is exactly what consistent, patient training looks like.

Getting the calories and protein right as a vegetarian trying to gain weight and muscle whilst working long days isn't straightforward. I'm glad that having Nutracheck helped you make small changes to your eating habits and that encouraging practical batch-cooking solutions has made a real difference to what you're getting out of the sessions.

Everything we do in the small-group personal training environment at Push Pull Health in Herne Bay is personalised to your goals, whether that's your training, nutrition, or keeping your knee pain-free with exercises that suit your anatomy, avoiding a flare-up of previous injuries, and working around limitations.

The fact that you both have started enjoying it and sticking to it says everything!

I'm looking forward to seeing your progress continue.

Ben is just brilliant. My two boys (14 and 11) absolutely love him. They can’t wait for their sessions and always come out buzzing. It’s not just Ben’s approach to fitness and training but he’s also very funny. Getting fit with humour is a win win. I just wish we’d found him sooner! I cannot recommend him enough. He’s brilliant with my boys who are now so much more confident in themselves. Thank you Ben. We owe you so much!

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for the kind words.

I'll be honest, working with under-16s wasn't something I ever saw coming. I'm not exactly known for my love of kids!
But watching many continue to get stronger, build confidence, and actually enjoy the process has become one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

It's great to hear the boys are coming out of the sessions buzzing.
That's a real testament to them and to how they continue to approach our sessions: pushing themselves and being open to learning and feedback at that age aren't a given.

Seeing 11- to 15-year-olds get stronger and build confidence and watching that carry over into life outside the gym and school is what makes it worthwhile. They should be proud of themselves!

The humour is purely accidental, but if it keeps them coming back, everyone wins!

I joined Push Pull Health for fairly shallow reasons; I wanted to look better, and I'd spent long enough scrolling through conflicting online advice on how to do that without actually doing anything about it. I'm 31, and I work as a Nurse Long shifts, unpredictable breaks, and more meals grabbed on the go than I care to admit. I'd tried commercial gyms before, but never felt like I belonged there. Too much noise, too little guidance, and no real idea whether anything I was doing was actually working. A lot of what I'd picked up from social media about training and food turned out to be either overcomplicated or just plain wrong. I'd tried tracking calories before with mixed results. It either took over my life completely, or I'd abandon it after a week, now more demotivated. Using a simple app alongside Ben's practical guidance made the difference. Small, manageable tweaks that actually fitted around shift work rather than assuming I had a normal routine. I have IBS, so pre-workout nutrition had always been a minefield, especially around unpredictable shifts. Working out what actually fuelled my sessions without causing problems was something I'd never had proper help with before, and it made a noticeable difference. The location on Station Road is great, with off-street parking, and the small group sessions fit around my schedule without becoming another thing to stress about. It was easy enough to get to from Whitstable, first thing in the morning or after a long shift. The results I noticed first were the obvious ones: getting stronger, clothes fitting better. But what's stayed with me is less visible. My relationship with food is healthier. The stress that used to follow me home has somewhere to go now. I feel more like myself again.

Hi Lisa,

Thanks a bunch for this, and for being honest about where you started.

Managing IBS alongside the demands of a paramedic's schedule is no small thing.

Unpredictable shifts, long hours, and not always knowing when or what you'll eat next make getting nutrition right genuinely difficult, let alone figuring out what you can tolerate before training without it becoming a problem.

Supporting you with managing your IBS and making realistic nutritional tweaks that actually improved your energy, strength, and enjoyment of the sessions was one of the more satisfying things we've worked through together.

The fact that the changes have extended beyond the gym, your relationship with food, stress, and feeling more like yourself, is exactly what consistent, personalised small-group strength training should do.

It's a pleasure having you at Push Pull Health in Herne Bay and I appreciate continuing to make the journey from Whitstable!

See you in the next session! 💪

Before finding Ben at Push Pull Health, I'd never seriously considered joining a gym. Chronic back pain and carpal tunnel made lifting weights seem like a guaranteed way to make things worse. I assumed gripping, pushing, or even basic movements would only aggravate things. But having a setup that addresses those issues, rather than ignoring them, has made an enormous difference. The small-group sessions in the private studio meant everything could be tailored to me. I wasn't expected to push through pain or fit into some unrealistic mould. Every exercise was built around what I could do. My husband Paul and I have been training for about six months now. My back still flares up occasionally, but it's happening less often, and I'm finally getting stronger without making things worse. Getting up and down is easier. I feel stronger, and my confidence continues to grow along with the belief that I can keep pushing myself and making progress, even while managing pain. I'm slowly working towards a personal goal: doing an unassisted bodyweight pull-up. Before joining the gym, I started on GLP-1 medication to support weight loss, but the real goal was building a routine I could maintain without relying on it long term. I’ve finally found an approach that works with my body, not against it.

Thanks, Emmie!

You and Paul have been brilliant to train and get to know over the past six months.

Navigating the transition to maintenance as you continue building lifelong habits is where it really counts. I appreciate you both trusting me to help with that.

Managing chronic pain while getting stronger isn't straightforward, but you've done it by working with your body rather than against it. The pull-up goal is perfect; functional, meaningful, and you're chipping away at it week by week.

Really glad the small group setup works for you both. Training together means you can't let each other skip sessions, which is built-in accountability at its finest!
