I’m very happy with the service from Pure Air Solutions. The team installed a single heat recovery ventilation system in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, the installation was completed to a high standard, and they left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Pure Air Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and professional ventilation service.

PureAir Solutions is a fantastic company to deal with. From first contact to having the job done. They were so helpful and informative each and every step of the way. I got a 100mm core hole drilled in my kitchen for the extractor fan. And when the job was finished my home was left spotless. I can 100% recommend PureAir Solutions

Prompt service and very reasonable price. Even though we ran into some difficulties John did not give up and made everything work flawlessly. Very rare traits to find in tradesmen these days. He even cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend

Very happy with the quality of work and the whole experience. Communication was great, even got quick responses over the weekend which is rare these days. Everything was done on time and to a high standard. Highly recommend!
Needed to install a new vent in old house refurb which needed a new 110mm hole drilled through 220 mm solid blocks in awkward location near ceiling. The guy in Pure Air Solutions was a pleasure to deal with. Got a competitive quote with minimum of fuss, he arrived on time and date as agreed. He completed the job exactly as required to the highest standard in less than an hour (and cleaned up afterwards). Very professional outfit, highly recommended.

Thank you for appreciating our work.
I recently had two single-room heat exchangers installed by Pure air Solutions, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The technician who handled the installation was highly professional and skilled, taking care of everything from core drilling to electrical connections. This level of service is exceptional and sets Pure air Solutions apart from other suppliers.
The heat exchangers themselves are effective and easy to use, especially with the convenient app. While my higher-spec models (like the 60) can be a bit noisy, the lower-spec models (like the 45) may offer a quieter operation. It's worth noting that the night mode is quiet, making even model 60 suitable for bedrooms.
I encountered a minor issue with one unit, but the customer service team was quick to respond and provide a solution. The hard reset and firmware update resolved the problem promptly.
Overall, I highly recommend Pure air Solutions for their excellent service and the quality of their products.
