This company were a pleasure a deal with. If you value true customer service you will not go far wrong. Isabelle dealt with the numerous pre-order queries I had. One of my concerns was getting a power recliner through our porch door. I provided dimensions and photos, but decided a phone call might be best. Spoke with Isabelle who gave me reassurance that it was possible by reclining the chair back .
The Parker Knoll chair was in condition described, delivery driver went above and beyond.

The item was as described, however the colour wasn’t as bright as I expected. Nevertheless it has washed well and feels much softer. Good value and packaged well.
