THIS is the small business you want to support. In the end we got a beautiful refurbished pro-gym grade Precor AMT elliptical for a reasonable price. While the process was a little clunky with unclear timeline expectations in the beginning–Once Jose stepped in, I received regular updates about the refurb process our machine was undergoing. Then, when our (extremely) well packaged machine arrived, there was a little ticking noise while using it… not a problem, just an annoyance. I sent an email with a video to Jose and not 4 hours later I was facetime-fixing the issue with a quick adjustment. My facetime technician happened to be the owner of the company, Amit while he was washing dishes in the kitchen. :) The experience was personal, heartwarming and encouraging. Small companies that want to do the right thing and provide a high quality service do exist. Pro Gym is still ironing out the details to create a smooth process for the customer… but they really are kicking butt when it comes to providing high quality equipment and personalized customer service. They properly analyzed the problem with my Power Plate by checking with the manufacturer, ordered the correct parts, serviced my Power Plate at the appointed time and promptly gave me a refund for the parts that were not used. Very pleased with responsiveness and delivering as promised.

I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym, so I recently decided to start working out from home. To get started, I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells from pro gym supply and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
I called and told a one of the staff members I was new to building a home gym and didn't want to overdo it with equipment I wouldn't use. She recommended the perfect set of dumbbells that let me adjust the weight easily and don't take up too much space, which was exactly what I needed.

Purchased the 10G Stairmaster from Pro Gym Supply for my home. The first attempt was unsuccessful as they could not get it down the stairs. However, between Christine and the owner, Amit, they were committed to figuring out the solution and Amit personally came up the second time to ensure it was properly delivered with double the number of men.
The entire time, Christine over communicated and ensured it was handled professionally and properly. Amit was incredibly generous and truly both of them took great pride to make sure the delivery was smooth. There is not another store I would work with on gym equipment. The product is the same everywhere, what differentiates is the customer service and Pro Gym Supply far exceeded any expectations I had.

This company has monopoly on all gym equipment in the East Coast. They are the reason that you have gyms with broken equipment that are out of commission for a long period of time. I’ve just worked out on one of their pieces of equipment at a Planet Fitness today where nylon thread nut was not even on the correct direction and the bolt was about to fall out of the machine. On top of the two Smith machines that have snapped cables for the last two weeks. Our gym is a little over a year old and it’s pretty sad. You can’t even provide people with safe equipment to work out on.

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Pro Gym and their sales representative, Christine W. From the moment I first spoke with her, I knew I wanted to work with this company. So much so, that I cancelled a previous order with a different company because they were non responsive and unprofessional. Christine was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, professional and always available to help answer my questions. I ordered a refurbished Cybex Arc Trainer. She fully prepared me and made sure I knew what to expect. The delivery was sooner than expected and smooth but unfortunately, when it arrived, there was catastrophic damage to the unit. Christine reassured me and promised me that they would do their best to rectify this. The shipping company refused the claim for the damaged unit and I was nervous that this would somehow fall on me and wasn't confident as to how this would play out. In the end, Pro Gym (with Christine's help) absolutely put me first (as the customer) and shipped another unit at no additional expense to me and gave me the choice as to what to do with the damaged trainer. I highly recommend Christine and Pro Gym and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks Christine and Pro Gym!
