The experience that I had in Professional smiles was amazing. Front desk staff Valeria and Jessica helped with scheduling and billing which made it so easy to understand the process to back end was phenomenal, Dr Patel was great at explaining step by step and giving me great feedback good or bad and I loved that. The most amazing dental deep cleaning was done by Ana and also I had Dimaris who took over to do the rest of my who did soooooo amazing that I do not want anyone else beside those two wonderful women, they are is extremely caring and really did her thing on my teeth. This is how a dental office should be. Excellent! Thank you Professional smiles 😄.

It was my first visit yesterday. Excellent experience the entire time! I had my teeth cleaned by Clara aand examined by Dr. Patel. Everyone was friendly and professional--from Jessica and Valeria in the front office to the dentist and hygenist. I couldn't be more pleased and glad I found a great dental office to take care of my teeth!

This was the best dental experience I have ever had beginning with the front desk staff. Every visit I have had has been fabulous considering I am very very apprehensive when it comes to the Dentist. I have struggled with my smile for a long time. A lot of years of neglect because I was terrified of the dentist and also, let's face it, it can be quite expensive lol. But I finally decided to do something for me. It started with just a cleaning and needing a filling. (Ben was my hygienist and I highly recommend him!) This is when I met Dr. Patel, and let me just say, she is wonderful! I asked her about a mini smile makeover. I knew I needed to replace 2 crowns that were on top in my smile view. She talked to me about my options and we decided on 2 crowns and 4 veneers. She was honest about the process, the time and patience it would take and to keep an open mind. And boy was she right, it was a process but the end result...AMAZING! They worked with me on financing so I could actually afford it. I am so happy I met Dr.Patel. I cannot forget to mention Damaris and Amanda as well, as they both spent a lot of time with me, especially Damaris. Her attention to detail is refreshing and they never made me feel rushed. Their entire office, including the receptionists, have always been kind and accommodating. Thank you so much Professional smiles!!! You've helped me get my confidence back!!!! Attached are my before and after. And let me just say, there is NO filter on the after picture, they actually look that good!

This was my first visit. I was extremely impressed with the staff’s professionalism and the imaging technology used to evaluate and custom fit my treatment plan. My Dental Hygienist is Paola. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients. She was gentle, explained every step/procedure and reviewed co-pays prior to treatment. The office manager Lindsay was so helpful, i am very scared of the dentist and have been for a long time so i needed alot of work done. when i found out all of the things i need done i was very overwhelmed but she explained it to me in a way that made me feel at ease and worked with me to help me to get the things i need done. She is great & Dr Patel and Clara were great too i recommend this office for its fair prices and stellar team.

I had my appointment on Tuesday . And they called me to come earlier due to a cancellation. Miss Clara was very helpful like always she educate me on the importance of the fluoride for my teeth and I left there feeling brand new. Thank you Miss Clara see you in March.
