I just finished my home remodel with Carlos at Pro Custom Painting and Remodeling. My project was large size which included building out a mudroom, expanding a master bathroom, creating a closet and a hallway niche, and finishing a garage with attic storage. From day one to the very last day, Carlos was friendly and approachable. For the initial consult, he was early (even earlier than me) and left a great impression because he asked if he should take off his shoes when entering my home. Once I hired Carlos, he was reachable at early hours, later hours, and even weekends. Contractors in this industry are notorious for being bad communicators, missing in action, or disappearing mid job. Through my whole project, not one of those single problems occurred with Carlos. I was able to communicate and approach Carlos whether it was questions, requests, or concerns. Also, Carlos and his team were prompt, friendly, and hardworking the entire project. I am very particular and took my time to find the right hardware, accessories, or to make a decision and Carlos and his team worked with me to make sure they executed my husband's and my vision and to our satisfaction. Remodels can be daunting and comes with a price, so I truly appreciated their understanding. His pricing is competitive. Give Carlos a call and he will promptly show up for an initial consult to walk through your space or home and understand what you're hoping to accomplish. The entire time I worked with Carlos, I sensed his pride in his business and his craftsmanship every step of the way. To top it off, Carlos was always ready, cheerful, and smiling when arriving for the day!

From the moment I sent a message on Yelp until after the projects were completed, he has had great communication and a true passion for doing great work. We had our downstairs and upstairs painted, new countertops and backsplash installed, kitchen cabinets painted and hardware installed. We originally called Pro Custom Painting for a bigger job. We were very satisfied with the quote. Even though we decided not to get the work done, Carlos worked with me for a much smaller, yet more urgent job. A closet repair. Carlos and Oscar were on time(pet peeve), personable, and more than capable of doing the job at hand. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and will definitely be using Pro Custom Painting and remodeling in the future. I gave them 5 stars, be ause Yelp would not allow me to give them 6!!

This job was a small bathroom remodel. These guys are great. Exactly on time, protected floors and walls, did the work quickly and professionally, and took care to ensure trash was disposed of. Price was as quoted and the one change I made was reasonably priced. Will definitely use Carlos & Renato again. I only wish I knew of them on the big remodel I did a year or so ago!

We have used Carlos and his crew for three different projects in our home and I can't recommend them highly enough! Carlos is professional, prompt, great at communicating at all stages of each project, and most importantly, the workmanship is superb. We have a home that had old, dated, oak cabinetry everywhere and Carlos transformed our kitchen, two bathrooms and a few other cabinet areas. In some areas we kept the older doors and unless you look very closely, you cannot tell it is originally oak. In other areas we had newer doors and drawer fronts put on the cabinets. It all looks wonderful. He has people that specialize in granite, shower removal and installation, tile work, etc. and they are the top at what they do. We used him in 2020 and twice since, most recently November 2023. Carlos is reasonable with his pricing and is the kindest man.

Carlos the Contractor and the entire working Staff : Noe (the cabinet specialist) and the countertop specialist: Robin & Ray, Rafael & Victor, and Eduardo the paint/cabinet specialist are all awesome.
