The team was very punctual and professional. Tiem was very clear on what we need to do to make our fire place safe. He showed us the camera as he lifted it up through the chimney so we could see the damage first hand.
The person that came for the inspection was very professional, detailed with information and was able to answered all of my questions.

Work was quickly scheduled and I was kept informed each step of the way. The team was professional and hardworking. They kept the site covered and cleaned up afterward. My only complaint is that the office staff consistently called the wrong contact number tho I told different people multiple times the best number. Probably something in their system rather than the individuals but frustrating.
