Très décevant. Cet hôtel est loin de mériter son standing.
Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a donné le ton : une réceptionniste peu aimable, visiblement excédée et sans le moindre sens du service. Malheureusement, cette impression s’est confirmée tout au long du séjour : le personnel est globalement débordé, souvent stressé et rarement souriant.
La chambre était correcte et conforme aux photos, mais c’est pratiquement le seul point positif.
La nourriture est très moyenne et beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité proposée. Même constat pour le restaurant du rooftop : le cadre est agréable, mais les prix sont totalement disproportionnés par rapport à l’assiette.
La piscine est un véritable fiasco. Dès 10h30, tous les transats sont occupés. Si vous arrivez un peu plus tard, vous pouvez oublier l’idée de vous installer. La musique diffusée toute la journée est répétitive, avec quasiment la même playlist en boucle pendant toute la semaine.
Le plus grave reste cependant la sécurité autour de la piscine. Le sol est extrêmement glissant et l’eau n’est jamais évacuée. J’y ai fait une chute particulièrement violente le cinquième jour de notre séjour et suis tombée lourdement sur le dos. Plusieurs jours après, j’ai toujours des douleurs. Il est inadmissible qu’un hôtel de ce niveau ne prenne aucune mesure pour sécuriser cette zone alors que le risque est évident.
L’hôtel est également excentré. Comptez environ 20 minutes de taxi pour rejoindre le centre de Rome, soit près de 50 € aller-retour. La navette de l’hôtel est très peu utile : elle ne dessert qu’un seul endroit et avec des horaires très limités.
Le petit-déjeuner est lui aussi très moyen, sans aucun effet “waouh”.
Au final, cet hôtel offre un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Entre un service médiocre, une restauration décevante et hors de prix, une piscine dangereuse et mal gérée, et un emplacement peu pratique, nous repartons avec un sentiment de profonde déception. Première et dernière expérience dans cet établissement.

This hotel is a real treat to stay at. Luxuriate by the open pool in the summer sun with a grapefruit and pomegranate lime cocktail, eat lobster or steak, gourmet pastas and even great vegan options in their amazing rooftop restaurant basking in the pink light of the sunset looking out of the surrounding parklands and hills. Or enjoy spas and a sauna, a nice gym, and great rooms all with desks and many lighting options. The staff really go out of their way to please the clients - service culture at this business is top notch. I can't wait to go back!

Great hotel. Unfortunately came here to sleep and not party. Loud music at until at least 10:30 pm our first night. Base loud and “felt”—even with phone fans on. ;( We learned the next day that it was due to an event. It was quiet the other two nights.
Breakfast was amazing. 10/10! Amazing coffee. Pool very nice. Staff very helpful. About 55 euros to airport for taxi. They will give you a voucher for part of that on your way from FCO to the hotel if you ask and show your receipt. About 25 euros to the city.

Disappointing service despite nice rooms
The rooms at Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma were actually very nice, which makes the rest of the experience even more disappointing.
Unfortunately, the attitude of some of the staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful. The bars and restaurant were closed in the afternoon, which was frustrating for guests wanting to relax and enjoy the hotel during the day.
The most disappointing part was the World Cup setup. The hotel advertised the World Cup throughout the property, but when guests actually wanted to watch it, the staff simply could not be bothered to put out enough chairs. People were left searching around the hotel trying to find somewhere to sit.
A hotel of this standard should understand that service matters just as much as the rooms. Nice property, but poor guest experience.

Beautiful pamphili! We returned to the Pamphili and stayed in a suite. It really is a fantastic hotel in the most beautiful setting. Great breakfast, gorgeous pool, and fab rooftop restaurant. It is located right next to the pamphili park, which is a gorgeous oasis in the middle of chaotic Rome. It is not centrally located so you’ll need to take taxis into town, but it is therefore a lovely peaceful retreat after a long day exploring Rome. Highly recommend and will return.

A very nice experience. Nice people, nice place, nice food. Only detail that puzzled me: the lobby bar closes at 6:30 pm and the rooftop bar opens at 7:30 pm sharp. Which means that between 6:30 and 7:30 there is no way to have a drink. Strange as it is precisely the time I like to get one, before dinner. But well, we survived, along with other thirsty colleagues ;-)) ... or waited until the rooftop was open.

Bardzo ładny hotel, czyste zadbane i nowoczesne pokoje - dobrze klimatyzowane. Basen czysty, obsługa pomocna. Trzeba nastawić się na dojazdy do centrum, ale klimat jest bo cisza i spokój wokół hotelu też się przydaje. Nie było problemu z wynajęciem skutera, przechowaniem bagażu czy zamówienia śniadania do pokoju. Piękny widok z tarasu na dachu i dobre jedzonko. Śniadania jak na ten standard są bogate. Atutem jest arena, gdzie odbywają się występy i kino pod gwiazdami. Pyszna pizza i dobre drinki. Z przyjemnością wrócimy!
