Nel giorno del mio compleanno mi sono regalata il servizio spa e un massaggio. Lucrezia che mi ha accolto, mi ha coccolato fin dal mio ingresso in struttura affidandomi alle cure di Alessandra, con cui mi sono sentita molto a mio agio. E un "semplice" massaggio si è trasformato in un momento di estremo benessere. È straordinario come con le mani Alessandra, abbia "letto" di me così tanto. Doveroso ringraziare per il trattamento ricevuto così delicato e profondo. Grazie!❤️
Abbiamo trascorso qualche ora di relax nella spa all’interno dell’Hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La spa non è molto grande, ma è curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per concedersi un momento di benessere. All’interno ci sono piscina con idromassaggio, tisaneria, sale massaggi, doccia emozionale, bagno turco e sauna: tutto ben organizzato per permettere di rilassarsi completamente e staccare dalla routine quotidiana. L’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante, ideale sia per una pausa di qualche ora sia per una giornata dedicata al benessere. Nel complesso una spa piccola ma molto carina, perfetta per chi cerca relax in un contesto intimo e accogliente.

La terrazza ha aperto con largo anticipo rispetto alla stagionalità, già dal 9 maggio, ed è stata una splendida sorpresa.
Quest’anno l’atmosfera è ancora più magica: l’arredamento rinnovato rende tutto elegante, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.
Martina ci ha accolti con una gentilezza autentica e una professionalità rara, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti.
Roberto, al bar, ha dimostrato grande talento e passione: cocktail preparati con attenzione e grande equilibrio.
Valerio e Valerio sono stati sempre presenti, sorridenti e attenti, con quell’energia positiva che fa davvero la differenza durante la serata.
Riccardo si è distinto per rapidità ed estrema disponibilità, gestendo ogni richiesta con precisione e cortesia.
Matteo, invece, ci ha sorpresi per attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di soddisfare richieste particolari con naturalezza e grande efficienza.
Un ringraziamento speciale va anche a Mattia, il maître, vera colonna portante di tutta l’organizzazione: sempre presente, impeccabile nel coordinare il servizio e capace di trasmettere professionalità, calma ed eleganza a tutto il team.
L’astice era semplicemente eccezionale e il pesce freschissimo, di qualità evidente al primo assaggio.

Fantastica esperienza ! Hotel immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, con servizi al top. Camera pulita con letto king site ed una varietà di cuscini che accontentano tutte le necessità. Bagno grande e fornito di tutto il necessario per la toilette. La nostra camera affacciava sulla piscina dell hotel e sul parco di villa Pamphili.
La colazione necessità di una nota di merito, dire varia ed abbondante non rende l'idea. Sia dolce che salata, curata nei dettagli e con il particolare per me graditissimo che cappuccini e caffè erano preparati al bar e non da quelle orribili macchinette selfie service.
Unico limite è che è lontano dai mezzi pubblici e la navetta che ti porta al centro non è frequente. Ma se si arriva in auto non si hanno problemi con il parcheggio sia custodito che libero.
Buon pomeriggio, sono una Pediatra che frequenta già dallo scorso anno questo bellissimo albergo per vari Corsi di aggiornamento . La struttura è molto bella e davvero accogliente con i suoi spazi luminosi e così anche tutti i servizi che offre . Vorrei dedicare qualche parola di plauso al Personale sia della Reception che della Sala . Tutti sono molto professionali, gentili e sorridenti, sempre pronti a venir incontro a chi ha bisogno. E così oggi,ho avuto modo di incontrare Bruna,persona davvero gentile, brava e disponibile. Mi ha seguita in modo eccezionale, discretamente, ma sempre presente nel tempo che sono stata in Sala,dandosi subito da fare,per la mia necessità, aggiungendo lavoro a quello che già stava svolgendo,sempre con il sorriso e gentilezza. Poi,alla fine ho conosciuto anche Alexis che altrettanto è stato gentile e disponibile...Così anche il resto del Personale che ho visto lavorare con dedizione,educazione e discrezione. Non posso che dare un giudizio super positivo e consigliare a tutti questa struttura.
Ancora complimenti...oggi 23 novembre 2025 sono di nuovo e con grande piacere, in questa bellissima struttura...non posso che confermare le parole scritte...sempre complimenti a tutto il personale,sempre gentile ,disponibile e accogliente, tra cui Romina e Marco, molto gentili che ho avuto modo di conoscere in sala.

I stayed at Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma from May 3rd to 8th for a conference and honestly had a really great experience.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were wonderful, especially Andrea at the front desk. He went above and beyond helping me sort out an issue with another hotel. He was so patient, kind, and even spoke to them in Italian for me to help translate everything.
The breakfast was really good with lots of selection and hot food options. The seating areas were really nice too. You could sit fully indoors, in the sunroom area, or outside depending on the weather and what you preferred.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The conference spaces also worked really well for a large conference. We had about 400 people there. Some rooms were freezing and others were warm, but overall it was a really good conference venue.
The pool looked beautiful, although it was only open on the weekend while we were there, so we didn’t get a chance to use it. The spa was amazing though. I did the water therapy circuit and they had saunas, a steam room, cold showers, and really relaxing spaces. It was €25 for about 2.5 hours plus a small fee to rent flip flops and a robe. Definitely worth it.
There’s also a gym that looked really well stocked, although I never actually made it there.
One thing to know is that the hotel is a bit outside the city centre. Taxis into Rome were usually around €22 to €30 depending on traffic, although we did get one for under €20 once. There is also a train nearby if you’re comfortable using transit in another country, but for our group it honestly made more sense to split taxis.
Overall, I think this hotel is an excellent option for conferences or larger groups. Lots of space, really nice amenities, and very comfortable. If you want more of the authentic historic Rome experience, I’d probably stay closer to the city centre. But for the price point and everything included, this was a really great option and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice hotel. I didn’t particularly care for my room; it was on the first floor just over some sort of staff entrance. Every night between 10pm and 12:30am, staff would be loading some sort of truck (dirty linens?). Very noisy and no way to sleep during that quarter hour or so process. The room was clean, though, and had everything I needed. One other issue - lots of bird poop on the balcony when I arrived. The heavy rain a few days later washed it away, however. Nice shower and decent bathroom.
Location isn’t particularly good - definitely a taxi ride to anything in central Rome. You really can’t walk safely anywhere - the hotel is on a busy road that is hilly with blind areas and no sidewalks. They do have a restaurant and bar. The bar serves pizzas and sandwiches and has a pretty good wine list by the bottle. Not much by the glass. They also have a rooftop bar or restaurant but it wasn’t open the season I visited. The pool looks very nice but most days were too cool or rainy to use it when I was there.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ottima esperienza per il weekend del 1 maggio: il personale è stato attento e gentile. La colazione è molto varia e gustosa. La posizione è ottima perché è centrale ma la zona è molto tranquilla vista la vicinanza col parco. Peccato non aver potuto provare la piscina vista la temperatura non adatta…sarà per la prossima volta!!! Ho viaggiato con la famiglia in una stanza con un doppio letto queen size. Che dire… tutto perfetto!!!

Mooie locatie in Rome, uit de drukte. Met fijne restaurantjes in de buurt. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie kamer en alles perfect schoon. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ideale shuttlebus naar centrum (Vaticaan), veilig parkeren bij t hotel tegen lage fee. Echt dikke aanrader als je niet in de hectiek van de stad wil zitten en een beetje luxe kan waarderen.
