Hotel curato, gestito molto bene e con personale attento e gentile.
La terrazza Pamphili è molto bella e si mangia benissimo, il nuovo servizio di baby parking è molto apprezzato soprattutto nelle ore serali.
Colazione ricca e attenta a tutti i gusti.
Le camere sono spaziose e con un balconcino molto utile.
Sicuramente da consigliare.
De kamers waren goed en schoon, met prima faciliteiten. Het enige minpunt was dat ze voor vier personen misschien wat aan de kleine kant zijn.
De service was over het algemeen uitstekend. Alleen was er een jongeman achter de zwembadbar die erg langzaam werkte, waardoor je soms 10 tot 15 minuten in de rij stond voor een drankje.
Het zwembad was mooi, maar kon op sommige momenten wel wat druk zijn. Desondanks is het een prachtig familiehotel met een fijne, ontspannen sfeer.
De locatie was ook erg goed: een rustige omgeving met voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de auto. Een taxirit naar het Colosseum kost ongeveer €25 tot €32, zowel met Uber als een reguliere taxi, en duurt ongeveer 25 minuten.
Het hotel biedt ook een shuttleservice aan voor €5 per persoon. Voor een gezin van vier is een taxi echter vaak voordeliger. Bovendien word je met een taxi direct afgezet op de gewenste locatie en ben je niet gebonden aan vaste vertrektijden.
Al met al hebben wij een prettig verblijf gehad en zouden we dit hotel zeker aanraden aan gezinnen die Rome willen bezoeken.

Beautiful hotel and amenities with great service, the location is beautiful as well with plenty of natural green space to make you feel like you are in a remote setting while being very near to the centre of Rome.
There was considerable amount of construction on the main access road to the hotel which created a lot of confusion for drivers to access the hotel because the main road which is the only access to the hotel were on the opposite sides of the downtown area. So with one being completely closed off, drivers had to go back around the downtown or highway area to gain access to the road which if you are in a taxi the cost of double almost triple the amount it would normally pay.
Via Della Nocetta is a one way street leading to the hotel so trying to convince the driver that the entrance is at the end is almost impossible so they go to the normal entrance because they think you are crazy trying to enter from wrong way but police are set up there and there is a light system in place directing traffic that is usually only one way.

We sincerely appreciate your detailed comments regarding the temporary roadworks and the access difficulties you experienced. We would like to clarify that we were informed of these works only one day before their beginning, and unfortunately they will continue for a few days.
As you correctly noticed, at the moment the access to the hotel is from the opposite side of Via della Nocetta. To make the arrival easier, we recommend setting the navigation system to Ristorante Convivio Ampelo. Directly in front of the restaurant there is the alternative entrance to Via della Nocetta, which under normal circumstances would not be accessible in that direction, but it is currently managed with a traffic light system to allow vehicles to pass. From there, reaching our hotel takes only a few minutes.
We fully understand the confusion this temporary change may create, especially for taxi drivers and guests unfamiliar with the area, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team remains always available to assist with directions and transportation arrangements to ensure the smoothest possible arrival experience.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms are clean with stunning views from the balcony. Breakfast is full of variety. The pool area is relaxing out of the busy city. The only thing I would be aware of if staying here. Taxis can be very expensive and varied. We got charged varied rates to and from the centre. €15 to €35. Some uber and some booked by hotel. Sometimes the uber was cheaper and others time the metre was. 🤷♂️

This is a lovely hotel, with a friendly, 5-start feel. Not in the center of Rome, but I really liked the location and distance to the main tourist attractions is very manageable.
The highlight is their friendly, helpful staff. Always helped us book taxis quickly and found, secured and shipped my daughter's camera that was forgotten in her room after check out. Thank you guys!

Overall I would describe the hotel as not meeting my expectations. On the surface it presents as a 4 star hotel and I can see the potential - but it isn’t run like that. It felt short-staffed, and everything was surface level.
Examples include:
- advertising two restaurants but one being shut all week, so the only option was the more expensive roof top bar (which wasn’t appropriate for kids). Excuses used were conference events and ‘off peak’ - it was mid July! Not great if you are a holiday guest as the local restaurants are a taxi ride away (and the main road to the hotel was closed the week we were there so even more difficult to get food).
- bedding was scratchy, bed creaked every time you moved and had a dip in the middle. Bathroom towels were of poor quality.
- hallways had dirty carpets
- pool staff ‘tidying up’ from about 7:20pm, when pool closed at 8 - you felt like an inconvenience being there
- building on the above, it was the same at breakfast - staff really didn’t look like they wanted to be there
- room service was patchy - given we had limited food choices due to restaurant options lacking, we tried room service. One night it said it would take 10-15 mins and it took 45.
The hotel clearly made money from big conferences and pre/post cruises - so if you are there for a short break, your service just isn’t a priority. As I say, it has so much potential but it lacks the service to match what it could be.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Gorgeous from the moment you drive up. The lobby is beautiful, the outdoor spaces are amazing. The pool is huge and was refreshing, though I do wish there was a shallow end to the pool. Fortunately, my entire family is over 5' tall, so we could stand. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet, which was expansive. I have Celiac disease, and the hostess was very helpful. She showed me the foods I could eat, but offered to get everything from the kitchen. They also brought out a plate of prepackaged GF foods for me, including a muffin and cereal, and made me an omelette. I was happy to be able to eat a proper breakfast. We also took advantage of the rooftop terrace for dinner. Absolutely stunning. The food was very good. I'd say my least favorite part of the hotel was the room itself. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we appreciated that the TV was a smart TV so we could log into our apps. But the room color is very dark, and the lighting was not great. It was difficult to see. Also, I am quite unfond of the "open shower" concept. Water gets everywhere and the bathroom gets too humid. But other than that, the room was spacious and had what we needed.

Excellent hotel away from the heat and crowds of central Rome… perfect for families. We loved the excellent working aircon, space, amazing swimming pool (crucial in summer in Rome for the afternoons) and great breakfast. Will def be back!
