Very nice hotel. The room is nice and for a city hotel not too small. The bathroom was quite large. Special thanks to the front desk reception Aya who was lovely and offered helpful guidance to us for all of our questions. I would recommend this hotel. The location is very good.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! We couldn't have picked a better place to enjoy Rome. It was in the middle of all the perfect places to walk. We enjoyed the rooftop for an evening glass of wine. Breakfast was perfect and a wonderful & healthy start to a busy day! Definitely would be the hotel we would stay at again should we be fortunate to visit Rome again.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Great location, friendly helpful and professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are well equipped (except for plugs), and comfortable. And after a busy day sightseeing, the rooftop bar was a great place to unwind, and meet new people.

if you are looking for the best Hotel in Roma!... this is it. What can I say about this place that isn't positive? ... The best hotel in Rome: clean, comfortable, incredible breakfast, and incomparable service. I couldn't say which of the two massages I received was better, and the pedicure my wife had was simply beyond words. In short... don't judge by the exterior; it's like a lobster—the best part is inside.

Hotel location is good. It's a small boutique hotel. Overall the furnishings are good in the hotel, solid tables, chairs, everything is fine. Unfortunately the mattress in the room is, in our description, terrible. It's extremely hard. When people stay two, three, four nights, you don't want to have a hard mattress. You want to give something comfortable. So that definitely was a big turnoff for us, and we would consider not staying there again for these kind of mattresses. The rest of the hotel is fine. It's well kept. It's clean. I want to highlight the staff because they're all very friendly, and so no problems with the services. Breakfast buffet, recommend to add an oatmeal or something not sugary, and keep the tables clean when it's busy, more frequent. Thank you.

This isn't the first time I've stayed at the Hotel Luneta. The first time, I received a room with a street view, prosecco, and welcome fruit. This time, I booked two nights in August and they moved me to another hotel [which was great]. For the final four nights of my trip, even after mentioning my 30th wedding anniversary beforehand, I was put in a room overlooking the construction moat and nothing special was served! Therefore, it was frustrating for the price paid. I do not recommend it!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing Hotel Lunetta again. We are genuinely sorry that your most recent stay did not meet your expectations, especially on such a special occasion as your 30th wedding anniversary.

Regarding the view from your room, we would like to clarify that the construction works you saw are related to the adjacent building and are unfortunately beyond our control. We have already requested a covering to better hide the construction materials.

As your reservation was for a Classic room, we were pleased to offer you an upgrade to a Superior room. Unfortunately, no rooms with a different view were available at check-in, although we would have been happy to consider a room change from the following night, subject to availability, had we been informed during your stay.

As a returning guest, you already know the quality of service we strive to offer, and we sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back and provide the experience you have come to expect from Hotel Lunetta.

My eSIM ran out of data and I was far from my Airbnb. The lady at the desk was so understanding and kind to let me use the WiFi so I could buy more data and could call my taxi home. Next time I will stay at this hotel to thank you for the hospitality. Really accommodating service.

Bathrooms are very nice and loved the spa and rooftop bar! Service is excellent. Also loved this location because you’re in between Colloseum and Vatican and walkable to so many places.

We had the best time staying at Hotel Lunetta! The room was great and the service was amazing. We scheduled a couples massage for one afternoon and that was the highlight of our time in Rome. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable and the location for seeing Rome was perfect. However, the best part of our stay was the staff. Front desk, bellman, breakfast crew were all friendly, helpful and kind. We highly recommend for so many reasons!

We had a tremendous stay! The entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, from the front desk and bellhops to the restaurant team. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, with a great selection of both European and American options. The location was superb and made exploring Rome incredibly convenient. In fact, we spent so much time out sightseeing that we never even had the chance to enjoy the hotel’s spa! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

It’s been a long time since I’ve come across such a genuinely kind and welcoming hotel staff. They seem to be everywhere, always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. The level of hospitality was exceptional and truly refreshing. Breakfast is very good. The standard rooms are a little on the small side, so I would definitely recommend upgrading to one of the suites, which are spacious, comfortable, and excellent. The spa is lovely, and the location is absolutely perfect. Overall, a wonderful experience, made especially memorable by the amazing staff. Highly recommended!
