Esperienza rilassante Ho prenotato qui una giornata in dayspa, esperienza positiva, struttura molto ben organizzata, ho usufruito della spa interna con diverse piscine tutte Riscaldate, piu saune disponibili e percorso knap. È stata una giornata rilassante e rigenerante, personale alla Reception educata e disponibile. Solo due cos’è negative, la mattina in spa dove dovrebbe regnare il silenzio, si sono presentate due famiglie di stranieri con due bambini piccoli che hanno scambiato la piscina per un parco giochi, non so neanche se potevano accedere ( poi il pomeriggio sono state richiamate due persone adulte che chiacchieravano quasi in silenzio…boh). Ho usufruito di un massaggio anti stress, bello l’unica cosa a mio gusto personale, visto che il massaggio prevedeva il massaggio al viso con le braccia, che almeno il massaggiatore non abbia peli sulle braccia perché non è stata una bella sensazione. Per il resto consigliato perché è veramente strutturata bene.

Nature hotel Wonderful hotel for those who love nature like me, immersed in the greenery of a garden kept and maintained in a maniacal way, where you can find the outdoor pools, each one more beautiful than the other. The wellness area is also worthy of a 4-star superior, with 5 heated indoor pools and various paths, with different quiet areas for relaxation, stations for drinking herbal teas and tea, and many saunas at different temperatures, a Turkish bath, and you never get tired of it. The best part is the dinner with excellent and refined courses and the super abundant breakfast with kind staff who assist you with every request. We were staying in the Augustus building, and not in the main building, but once you get settled, it is nice to walk through the garden, perhaps a little less so if the weather is not good. The rooms, our plus with balcony is of sufficient size for stays of one to five nights, with all the comforts. The only note in my opinion is the carpet, which I would eliminate from all the rooms. For the rest, highly recommended even for special occasions where the reception assists and supports you with excellent paid service. Another suggestion: I would propose to those who have booked that upon arrival, the room be made available from 12:00 PM and not at 3:00 PM, even if it is written on their website.

Un soggiorno al Caesius ti regala tutte quelle splendide attenzioni, la cura dei servizi offerti, la pulizia degli ambienti, la serenità e la calma che già per natura ti infonde l'atmosfera magica del lago di Garda, che restano impresse a lungo nella mente e nel cuore. Una volta provate queste sensazioni è impossibile non ritornare e si diventa gelosi di tutto questo. Un plauso particolare a Gabriele, Roberto Gaia e tutto li staff del servizio ristorante che con professionalità e grande cordialità hanno reso ancora più indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno. It is always confirmed to be at the top Having a room in a SPA that includes thermal baths and saunas (only treatments and massages are for a fee) is spectacular.

Leider eine Enttäuschung, und das bereits zum zweiten Mal. Unser erstes Zimmer roch stark nach Fäkalien. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer und als Entschuldigung eine Flasche Prosecco. Das wurde ordentlich gelöst. Das Frühstück war dagegen an beiden Tagen ein Ärgernis. Um 9:30 Uhr, also eine Stunde vor Ende, war kein Tisch verfügbar. Freie Tische waren noch mit dem Geschirr früherer Gäste belegt, und wie andere Gäste mussten wir warten, bis abgeräumt wurde. Als wir zehn Minuten vor Schluss noch einen Kaffee bestellten, erklärte uns der Kellner in unfreundlichem Ton, es sei zu spät, und brachte ihn dann doch. Das geht auch höflich. Unsere Rückmeldung an der Rezeption blieb ohne jede Reaktion. Vor rund zehn Jahren hatten wir hier genau dieselben Probleme beim Frühstück. Wir wollten dem Hotel eine zweite Chance geben, verbessert hat sich leider nichts. Für ein Haus dieser Kategorie zu wenig.

Zunächst sind wir froh, dass der Zimmerwechsel und unsere kleine Geste bezüglich des Geruchsproblems in Ihrem ersten Zimmer für Sie zufriedenstellend gelöst wurden. Umso aufrichtiger entschuldigen wir uns für den Service im Frühstücksraum. Dass Sie auf einen freien Tisch warten mussten und das Personal Ihnen gegenüber unhöflich reagiert hat, entspricht absolut nicht unserem Servicestandard und unserer Philosophie. Wir werden dies intern sehr deutlich ansprechen, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Team auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit stets aufmerksam und herzlich agiert. Wir nehmen Ihre Worte sehr ernst und werden sie als Ansporn für gezielte Verbesserungen nutzen.

Didn’t live upto expectations I arrived in the hotel on a Saturday afternoon and i was pleasantly surprised with the public rooms , reception and welcome . However , as it was an early flight my room was not ready so i lounged by the pool . I thought i had arrived in an 18-30 hotel as there were many young guys drinking , shouting and yelling around the pool . I was horrified. However i was happy with my room which had a view of the vineyards and hotel entrance . The room attendant was excellent and the facilities were all that was needed for a great stay . The food left much to be desired. The breakfast was good , especially the omelettes served by Alexandra and the waiting time was short .I often had to wait a long while before my coffee arrived although i was at the front of the outside dining area .Maybe because i was solo i was overlooked . However the dinners were disappointing. The food was cold , vegetables cold , meat cold and salad was monotonous. On several occasions i went out to the local restaurants in Cisano . How disappointing as i had to pay a single supplement and yet spend more . The total ambience of the hotel left much to be desired . After the 18-30 s left other corporate groups arrived who had their own dining areas . I think the hotel was concentrating on such groups . The bars beautifully furnished were silent on an evening , no atmosphere at all not even background music . Again i had to leave the hotel and seek entertainment elsewhere. In fact i tried to move to a couple of hotels in Garda but they were full . A warning to any solos , go elsewhere.

A very lovely hotel in good location. This was our second visit to the hotel and overall the experience was excellent. Rooms are comfortable, meals are generally very good, staff are friendly and welcoming and the swimming pools and spa are beautiful. The hotel is well located for a stroll into Bardolino or a short walk to Cisano. Our experience was slightly spoiled by a large conference group that arrived on the Friday of our stay. Their loud, drunken behaviour on Friday night was a disgrace as was their rattling of hotel room door handles at 2 am in the morning. They turned the swimming pool area into a scene from an 18/30 holiday on Saturday morning. We felt sorry for the lifeguards who had to have several words with them and clear up their mess around the pool. It really isn't a lifeguard's job to do this. Thankfully the group left on Saturday afternoon and peace returned to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you to the staff for always being professional and attentive.

Excellent, large hotel about 25 mins walk from Bardolino centre. Extensive gardens and hydrotherapy/swimming pools (latter indoor and outdoor) as well as a large wellness centre with a huge number of treatments etc. The hotel does appear to cater for smaller Corporate functions and as these cannot be segregated, it can lead to intrusion into other guests' areas as it did during the latter part of our stay causing some disruption due to noise, anti social behaviour quite at odds with the hotel's wellness/calm and relaxing vibe it portrays.

Belle le terme……..orribili gli spogliatoi Sono andata alle Terme. Molto belle e varie e ho scelto un fantastico massaggio drenante effettuato da Omar molto molto bravo Unica pecca, e non da poco , gli spogliatoi piccolissimi con due docce per oltre 20 stipetti, e nessun punto d’appoggio se non due misere panchettine . Un bagno e 1 Phon …….allucinante!!!!!! Direi spogliatoi da rivedere in assoluto ne va di tutta la struttura …….peccato veramente.

Enjoyable week with some reservations Good standard hotel with nice rooms, garden and spa. Located a little further out from Bardolino than we would have liked but we took a risk with that when we booked. The thing that let it down was the food at dinner. Main course was a choice of 3. Meat fish or vegetarian. The meat was almost always steak with some nice fish and also some awful fish. Example swordfish octopus and cuttlefish. I had the vegetarian option once and it was awful. For me the better option would have been bed and breakfast as there are some lovely restaurants in Cisano just along the road. But it’s always a chance you take. All in all I would still recommend this hotel but advise against half board.

Lovely Lake Garda Lovely hotel.Good location on lake within walking distance of Bardolino and Lazise and Garda if you like long walks. Staff are efficient extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant and bar are excellent with lovely food. Hotel is spotless and well maintained. This is the second time staying at Hotel Caesius and it never disappoints.
