Power Northwest was quick to respond, quote, schedule, and complete the work. I was in a tough spot with my ~5-year-old 3.78 kW Tesla system (12 panels + 1 Powerwall) and needed a roof replacement. Tesla quoted about 3 months for panel removal and another 3 months after the roof was finished — potentially 6+ months total — and it would have required two separate contracts (one for removal, one for reinstall). Power Northwest handled everything under a single contract for $7,400 (half at signing, half at completion) and finished the job in about 2 weeks.
My biggest concern was whether a third-party installer would meet Tesla’s standards and void the warranty. After checking with Tesla, they confirmed the warranty stays intact as long as the work follows their specifications. Power Northwest has Tesla certification, the right tools, and a capable team, and they did the work correctly. Great experience — much faster and simpler than going through Tesla.
Great experience with Power Northwest. I needed some minor electrical work done for a home sale, and the whole process was smooth and responsive. Ethan was easy to coordinate with and got everything scheduled around my timeline. Curtis did the onsite work and did a great job. Timely, solid, and exactly what was quoted. Highly recommend this team!
PowerNW came out yesterday to clean my roof and address some moss issues that I was experiencing.
Patrick, Isaac, and Benjamin were onsite yesterday, and did a fantastic job.

Great team that did a quick clean install. Project management also very willing to work with me despite not being in their typical jurisdiction / area for installs. Sean always kept me up to date. Power Northwest did a great job on our solar installation, from the initial proposal through the permitting process and the actual installation. It took about six weeks from the first contact to generating electricity. The whole team is quick, thorough, communicative, and professional. We were particularly impressed when a minor problem came up after all the work was done and we'd paid the final invoice. They responded immediately and sent out their electricians to fix the issue (the root cause of which was our deficient home Wifi). We're very happy we picked Power Northwest!

I had solar panels installed in late June 2026. The salesperson was great, Jordan. Anytime I had a question he was always there to answer it very quickly no delay. Also I was really impressed by the installation crew. They knew what they were doing did their job and we’re very receptive to showing me some of the things that I needed to know,
However, the office and others were a little bit less responsive. There was a problem that I had an email about from my electric company and made one of the crew members aware of, and he called his boss who never returned his phone. Call Sofaa for two hours, nothing was started because we weren’t sure how to go about what we needed to do. Finally, they gave the decision that either the equipment goes back or it stays so they did start the installation at that point and we’re very respectful and *NSYNC with each other. I am waiting for my inspection in another week because I’ll be on vacation so I don’t have use of the system yet but I’m looking forward to having it work well and efficiently

The crew has been wonderful to work with, from the initial bid to the final wrap-up. Most noticeably, the company worked with me on the incentives. We got in under the wire! Ryan and Sean stand out, but the three men who set up the rack and installed the panels and the two men who wired the whole thing to the grid were honest, hard-working and in every way just as professional. The whole crew exuded trustworthiness. Bravo to PNW.

Power NW (PNW) took over the installation of my solar panel system when the original company went out of business abruptly. Ethan has done an incredible job of coordinating the necessary work and his communication and follow ups would be difficult to be top. The electrical team of Chris and Han were out today to trouble shoot an issue, not of PNW’s making, and they were stellar, just as they were the first time they were out to make changes dictated by PGE. They were consummate professionals: excellent communication, patient and thorough in their troubleshooting and incredible about explaining the system and explaining the what and why of their efforts. This is an excellent company and I could not recommend PNW any more highly.

We had kind of a unique situation in that the company that installed our solar filed for bankruptcy right after we were working with them to fix our leaky roof caused by a faulty installation that Purelight Power did. We felt like we were stranded on a desert island. Our finance company contracted with Power Northwest to help fix things. Ethan was the first person we heard from and coordinated the inspection and repair. Ethan is great! He always kept us in the loop. Nate came out to see our roof to see what was wrong. We felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. Then Nate and Steven were the ones that came out to do the repairs. They went above and beyond. Nate found that one of our panels was cracked. After less than a year old that shouldn't be. It probably cracked due to being tightened down too much. We had no idea. He wouldn't have needed to tell us. That shows caring about the customer and integrity, like it's his own home. We feel like they were an answer to prayer. Thank you Power Northwest!

I contacted Power NW after our solar install mysteriously stopped working 6 mo after installation by Purelight (who went out of business).
Originally there was a scheduling delay, but Ethan absolutely made up for it by sending someone out, diagnosing and fixing our issue right away, for no charge.
Chris who did the on-site work was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the issue in no time.

I had the unfortunate experience of being left in the lurch with an unfinished solar project from a company that went bankrupt.
I had no clue how my project was going to be completed. I am beyond grateful to Erik B. who kindly threw me a lifeline. He flawlessly handed me off to Ethan who patiently responded to every text and email I sent him, he explained every aspect of the project and set me up for inspections, ironing out the overlooked pieces from the previous company....THANK YOU Erik and Ethan!!
Ryan helped organize and set up the site visits and took time out to answer a whole slough of questions. Lastly, Colby and Brandon did the final rescue with completing the last phase of the project which was the electrical piece and which I was dreading. I was sure it would be a nightmare but this amazing team made every aspect of getting my system up and running seem seamless from start to finish. I, honestly cannot thank you all enough. You absolutely saved me from an unexpected and unfortunate situation. Our system is up and running just in time for the summer months. My only regret is that I didn't choose PowerNorthwest from the very beginning. If you are looking for a solar company that has your back, believes in the benefits of solar, knows their stuff from start to finish while supporting you as a customer you have no need to look further, PowerNorthwest should be your final stop. They are the real deal!

Troy Brown came to our neighborhood and offered us to consider going solar. Unfortunately, we were not ready at this moment. He was courteous, detail oriented. In future if we want to go for it, will definitely reach out to Power Northwest.
I called Ethan at Power Northwest because I had a solar panel that was not working in my system. Ethan was able to get a crew out to me within a week. Chris M, Cedric and Elisa found a large nest under my array and some badly chewed wires which they replaced/repaired. Everyone was easy to work with and I’ll call them next time I have an issue.

Wow! We had our solar in stalled by Power Northwest and it was amazing to watch - they worked together, discussed next steps, supported each other (on a metal roof, in the rain). They also talked about how much they love working for this company, how well they are treated. We love having solar panels, and could have gotten them anywhere, I wouldn't go to any other company.
