Camp Cornwall would be an amazing place to spend your summer/your child’s summer. The place provides you with food, shelter, bedding, toilets and showers. I guarantee you that you will have the most phenomenal time you've ever experienced.
This is now the third summer that my daughter has been going to Camp Cornwall and this has been the best year yet! She loves all of the activities, especially the time at the beach. The staff are all amazing and are so great with the kids. This year she even did a 2 night residential in addition to our usual day camp bookings and loved it so much that she’s already asking to do a 5 night camp next year. We’re so incredibly lucky that we have this virtually on our doorstep. She’s made new friends who live locally and also further afield and has had the best summer holiday!
My 11 year old loved the 2 night camp! Wasn't sure how it would go, as she is very picky eater and an AuDHder, but she loved the food and felt very comfortable. She was well looked after and offered a fun alternative activity on an afternoon where she was feeling too tired/ overwhelmed to participate in the group planned activity. Would recommend and we would definitely book again!
Amazing day camps. Activities are so good and my child loved them all plus the food. So we tried a 2 night camp. Epic is what my son said when I collected him. Daily updates with photos for parents, organised so well. Such an amazing place and all the staff that work so hard are awesome too. Thank you.
An exceptional summer camp!
I took my daughter and a friend recently to this summer camp in Porthpean, from abroad. As a parent, making a trip like this can bring up many doubts, but it was worth every single bit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the local views, the travel, and the relaxed lifestyle!
The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The monitors were outstanding—professional, energetic, and incredibly caring making them feel like at home from the first minute.
The girls loved the varied meals and enjoyed learning about British food like Cornish pasties and hash browns, which we don't have back home.
The activities were fantastic! among others archery, canoeing, and the ropes course, along with great games that helped them build strong friendships.
Accommodation-wise, they were thrilled with the sleeping tents, which were comfortable and spacious.
Thank you for giving the girls unforgettable days. If you are a parent traveling from abroad or a local with doubts, I highly recommend this camp!
My twins, who are almost 9, did 3 days at Camp Cornwall this year - just day camps, not overnight, and they LOVED it!
They were nervous on arrival, which is understandable, but the camp leaders were super friendly and helped coax them in. They go to do activities that we would never do as a family and formed some new friendships too.
We will definitely book again!

Really great location, excellent staff. They were so friendly and helpful, the food was good and the tents were spacious. Activities were standard for PGL, but had an excellent day of watersports on the sea. It was very hot when I went, so the walks to the beach, bushcraft area and town were quite hard, but instructors took great care of us. Showers could have been a bit nicer and water supply wasn't fantastic but they were decent for a campsite. General atmosphere was amazing-I loved the silent disco.
The feedback from my 10 year old daughter was very high indeed. Excellent activities, friendly staff and the food was rated top notch. Thank you for making their school camp so much fun!
Fab grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean. Great food. Definitely worth having your residential there.
We had a fantastic stay with our Y5/6 class. The children were really encouraged to try new things and the staff were brilliant with supporting them to be resilient. The activities are engaging and suitable for a range of ages and timings were well planned. The food was varied and well received by all.

Fantastic trip with year 5 children. Excellent activities, facilities and the chef catered well for different dietary requirements. Plenty of option B activities organised when the weather is not on your side. Staff have been brilliant and very supportive with the all the children and particularly the more reluctant ones. Will definitely recommend to other schools.

Amazing camp for year 5 children, really brilliant instructors for all the activities and very inclusive- would absolutely recommend.
