Great company! Had new furnace installed and Miguel did a GREAT Job. Very helpful and knows what he is doing! Great person with a Great personality, which in my opinion is very important. Had a small issue with the furnace and Miguel was out right away to take care of the issue. I am totally happy with my new furnace!.Talking to Mikayla when I placed my initial call for a new furnace, was very kind and VERY helpful, a gem to talk with! It is a company I have been with for many years and they have always given me GREAT service. Babied my last furnace along for many years, I got forty years out of that one, but finally had to bite the bullet and get a new one. Mo is a good person to deal with, gave me a great price very competitive. I never write a review until I've had time to use the product. The furnace has been on a number of times, I'm in the mountains, when it was cold in the morning. It is functioning great. Hardly know that it is on in most of the house. Hopefully, Miguel will do my annual inspection too! Very happy with his install! Thanks!

Needing a "second opinion" re: my boiler initiated making this appointment with Ponderosa Heating.  I saw they had many positive service reviews. Moe arrived in the window agreed upon, having called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on the way.  He inspected my boiler system, gave me plenty of time to tell my story and ask many questions.  He told me my system is in good shape, and no service is needed at this time. He made suggestions about what to anticipate with the system going forward.  He also gave me estimates re: 2 items my previous boiler provider (of 10 years) said should be done, and the estimates are about half the cost.  Moe is going to put his estimates in his system, so if/when I decide to go ahead with the work, it will already be documented, altho it seems unlikely I need the work done. Moe was very pleasant, PATIENT and made me feel I was the most important client he had.  Also Jessica in the Ponderosa office was especially helpful and reassuring as she sorted out my issues. I'm very comfortable making the change to Ponderosa Heating.

Our relationship with Ponderosa started a few years ago when we were in the market for a new furnace. We brought in Ponderosa along with 2 other local heating companies. I can't say they were the lowest bid but they were competitive and we felt the most comfortable with the rep they sent to meet with us (Moe). They did a wonderful job on the new furnace, so well, that when Jeffco came to inspect it, they mentioned how awesome of a job they did. Since then, we needed a new water heater, we didn't waste time getting other offers and called up Ponderosa. They did an excellent job (another quick inspection from the county too). We elected to spend a bit more to go with a tankless heater. We were disappointed in the results because our water heater is a long way away from our master bath where we use the hot water. We found it took longer than the traditional water heater to get the water to our bathroom and were wasting water trying to get it warm. A call to them and they sent someone out to adjust some settings and it improved some but we still weren't 100% satisfied. Fast forward to the next year when we decided we needed some air conditioning and wanted to explore all our options. We finally elected to go with an over powered mini split for our master bedroom (so we could at least sleep comfortably). Our hope was that we could open our bedroom and cool the rest of the house with the overpowered mini split. We soon realized this wasn't realistic. Rather than starting over, they agreed to move the overpowered mini split to our living room (where it can better cool the whole house) and put a more modest mini split in our bedroom. They did not charge us to move. And to make things right with the water heater, they installed external circulators in our master bath and kitchen so we'd have more instant hot water. This was at no cost to use. Yeah, we spent a lot of money, but we are happy with value we received for every cent and the end result, especially the excellent customer service. We had minor complaints about the daikin mini splits because their internal thermostats were located inside the unit (high on the wall) so they never detected the room temps were cool and kept cooling to excesive levels, A quick call to Ponderosa and they came out with some external termostats that make the units work the way we imagined they would. Miguel was our main installer for all of these projects and the amount of patience he has for our endless stupid questions is saint-worthy. He does everything with a smile, even when installing AC's outside in summer heat!

If you need maintenance on or replacement of your home heating boiler, look no further. Laramie was a pro and did a great job. He was on time, responsive, and trustworthy. Highly recommend Ponderosa for boiler install and a mechanical room replumb. Additionally, I appreciate the 3 year labor warranty in addition to 10 year parts warranty.

A great experience with Ponderosa electrical. Their excellent and personable office staff, Mikayla and Jessica expedited our work request and their electricians, Chuck and Roger arrived soon after. All I can say is wow. Both of them are truly experienced professionals and great to work with. They immediately resolved a previously hard to find electrical short problem and then made improvements to our electrical panel and then installed a low voltage path lighting system. Highly recommend Ponderosa Heating , Air, Plumbing, Electrical and their staff.

I recently used Ponderosa for my yearly HVAC check up. I chose Ponderosa over several highly rated HVAC companies in my area because they had the best prices and best membership deal. I originally spoke with Mikayla who patiently and thoroughly answered my question and set up my first appointment. They work 7 days a week, so Matt visited us on a Sunday at no extra charge. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He advised us on what we could do to make our units more efficient, but didn't try to upsell us. I also had an opportunity to speak with the owner, Mo, regarding my membership and was very pleased with our interaction. I am now a loyal customer of Ponderosa.
