Mike Sonntag was extremely helpful when health problems forced our family to hastily move our brother to another assisted living facility. He was supportive of our efforts and made suggestions of facilities that would be a good fit for us. Mike scheduled the tours of the facilities and accompanied us on each visit. It was so helpful to have someone on our team who was objective and could advocate for us. We loved a facility Mike suggested, and we were able to seamlessly move our brother. Even after the move, Mike has called to inquire about our brother and how we are coping. We feel so fortunate to have found someone who could help facilitate this difficult decision of moving our brother. We are grateful to Mike for his kindness and guidance during this difficult period.

I live in the Boston area, and last December my brother in the Saint Louis area was hospitalized, and out of the blue I got a call from Mike offering his services, for no charge, and he's been a tremendous help. He's visited my brother in the hospital. When my brother had to be transferred to other facilities, he's found the best facilities and he served as go-between for communications between the facilities, and facillitated the transfer. He went to the store and bought a USB cable so my brother could charge his phone. He found me a lawyer so I could get a guardianship. And when my brother moved to assisted living, Mike and his wife went to a furniture store and picked out furniture, so all I had to do was pay.

I honestly can't imagine going through this process without him. When my mom needed assisted living, I had no idea where to start. Mike spent time getting to know her situation and recommended a few communities that fit her needs. Every place we toured was a realistic option, which saved us any second guessing.
