I’ve been coming here since August 2024. Everyone from front staff to instructors is nice and welcoming. The facility is clean. The workouts can be challenging, but the instructors are encouraging and offer modifications as needed. I used to go to different studios for different types of workouts every weekend, but I actually feel stronger in my body after coming here consistently. Highly recommended!

I started working out at Physique BK around two months ago and I can’t say better things about my experience! The team is so warm and helpful, the facility is clean and the classes are awesome! The teachers take the time to get to know you and know each member by name. They ask questions and make modifications when necessary and offer assistance if you’re having a hard time with a move. I’ve genuinely enjoyed each and every class I’ve been to and look forward to going to the next one each time!

Love coming here! The staff and instructors are all so friendly and know you by name. Classes offered are versatile and even the same class is different one session to another, which keeps it interesting. I’ve been going here for over a year and still feel challenged differently in every class. I recently started going 3x per week and can really see a difference in my body and strength. The studio recently started offering classes later in the evening, which I really appreciate, and wish they would offer this later class option on weekends too, but there are plenty of classes and times to choose from during the week. The studio is clean and provides free towels with each class, which is really thoughtful. The owner, Marcey, is also super sweet and really cares about the studio and making improvements!
