Rishi, and Shish are truly wonderful people, who have health as their sincere focus. I tried many massage chairs over TWO years here, and they never pressured me to choose and supported my perspective that the one for me must check all my boxes before making such a big decision. I really felt welcome to sit and try chairs f9r hours! These guys are the best!
It makes you wanna fall asleep right when you get on it. It scans ur body and massages the places that needs it the most! It’s so amazing

Jacqui, the associate who helped me, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She knew the inventory well and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated her patience and understanding--she made sure I felt comfortable and included throughout my visit. She even encouraged me to try the massage chairs, which made the experience both enjoyable and informative. Highly recommend this store--it truly lives up to its name.

Me and my girlfriend came in to look around, no sales pressure no pushy tactics just a nice conversation and let us try out the chairs. 10/10 would recommend

Purchased an Osaki 4D Pro DuoMax SE chair from Shish at Relax in Comfort in Tampa. Shish spent nearly 2 hours helping me choose the right chair for me. I’ve had it now for 3 weeks and it’s great! He has a great relationship with the group that delivered and installed our chair… they communicated well and did a great job. Nice to work with folks that do what they say they’re going to do!
Super laid back in both merchandise and sales staff... Looking forward to some high quality sitting.

After a wonderful experience at the Tampa location I came to my local Winter Park store where they gave me the best Black Friday deal and treated me so well and I am now the new owner of an Osaki Massage Chair. They really care and therefore I am happy to contribute to this amazing family business in Winter Park. The prices, the staff and the chairs are truly out of this world. Even the staff at the warehouse, who will be delivering my chair, are friendly & helpful. So happy I chose this company for my wellness investment. ❤️

I can’t rave enough about the customer service I received from Gio and Natasha! They seriously made me feel like their best friend from the moment I walked in the door. Like legit while I was there they had 5 previous am customers just stop in to say hey. They weren’t pushy at all bc they know their products are top of the line and priced to sale. I seriously suggest just stopping by with some spare time to try out their chairs and make a new friend.
