2025: I needed a new rear inner tube on my 24" Boomerang Platinum today. I called Austin at Pedego Electric Bikes in Carmel, and once I arrived, he was able to install a new one for me in about 15 minutes. That's what I call great service! He is always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. John was there also. These 2 guys really know what they are doing when it comes to working on and repairing Pedegos. We live about an hour away, but none of the bike stores in our area put "slime" into the inner tubes, and Pedego Carmel does that. I noticed that the store is now selling other brands of bikes, but they have lots of Pedegos. Go in and take a ride on one of the many bikes that Pedego Carmel has on hand. You just might like to buy one from there. I highly recommend the store, Josh the owner, and everyone who works there. July 2026: Today, we got our 4th warranty tune up at Pedego, Carmel. Sadly, they are closing shop. We have always been happy with the service, and with the owner Josh. We want to wish all the staff the best of luck in whatever their next steps will be.
