I was in the market for a specific E bike, which Pedego had. I was able to come in twice to take the bike out for a test ride. Grayson was more than accommodating. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. It was a very pleasant bike shopping experience. 👍😊 Highly recommend.
I walked into Pedigo bikes with the intention of getting a bike I saw online that they sold. When I got there the bike I was looking at was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay so Alie and Tyanna showed me several different options that were not as expensive and they took the time to explain everything about each bike because I asked a lot of questions😂 but ALy was the one who rode with me on three test rides and I was impressed with her knowledge of each bike and also the bike itself was such an excellent ride I look forward to my relationship with Pedigo in the future

Be prepared for a test ride - you need to feel the bike. My wife and I ordered (2) Velotric Discovery 3s with all the bells (literally) and whistles.
Had a great experience, spent less money than I anticipated, and walked away with a clear expectation of lead time.

I purchased a bike today and couldn’t be happier with Pedego Electric Bikes. Their service, friendliness, and knowledge went above and beyond the other bike stores I went to. Katie was exceptionally helpful, as were the other employees and owner. They also represent a wonderful product. You can’t go wrong.
