My girls have been going to peak for about a year and a half for OT and PT and we’ve had such a great experience! Everyone from front end staff to clinicians has been helpful and welcoming and very receptive to addressing concerns as they come up. The clinic is clean, safe, and in a convenient location. We’re so thankful for the services we’ve received at peak!

PT, OT and ST Thank you to Peak Performance for helping me through a time I never thought I would have to endure. The initial Physical Therapy Evaluation, Speech Therapy Evaluation and Occupational Therapy Evaluation were met with kindness, consideration and understanding. With each treatment comes a large amount of patience from my part. That is / was extremely difficult. Through the help of Rachel, Cam, Carrie and Laura they demonstrated the ability to show a caring spirit with the emphasis on patience. That will never be forgotten.

We are always welcomed by Jamie and Netara’s smiling faces when we come for our appointments. They are absolutely wonderful! Our kids absolutely love Laura and Cam. They’ve been so great and have helped them so much. You really get to know everyone in the office and they genuinely care about our family.

Friendly front desk schedulers to great therapists (PT/OT/ST). All work together for the benefit of each client. For PT, the therapists really work you out (thank you Jennifer!) & give out instructions (either photocopies or using a phone app). Highly recommend for any needed therapy.

Our son has been seeing Dr. Ashley for physical therapy, and she’s been wonderful to work with. She’s patient, attentive, and always makes him feel comfortable and supported during each session. Even though progress takes time, we feel confident knowing he’s in great hands. The front desk staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes every visit such a positive experience.

If I could put zero stars, I would. The OT, Alexis, that evaluated my child didn't know what the hell she was doing! It was a complete waste of my time. And management only defended this girl. Do NOT recommend. Kid Sense was 100% better!

My son has been with allied/peak for going on 2 years. He has always been happy to walk in their doors. While not every provider is a fit for each client based in teaching style, their willingness to accommodate any request is unmatched. I think we have found a great team to give him the best & most compassionate care. Our speech therapist is Raluca, who works in a play based & modeling AAC approach that we have worked together with tirelessly to build & has cheered with us through every milestone met. New to our team is our OT, Erica. Our son took to her immediately. She has taken the time to learn about him, our family & incorporate things that he enjoys while making sure we are working towards his goals. She has also gone above & beyond to find us functional tools & activities to use at home. For any newcomers who are just figuring this out themselves, have patience with yourself, your child & advocate for a change if you're not satisfied. Find the opportunity to build a team for your family.

I took my son here to have an OT evaluation and my son was in a very great mood you can ask the receptionist he was playing and smiling with her. The receptionist is the only person we had a good experience with. The therapist Erica we saw was rude to me and to my son. My son was upset when we went into her room and she was getting aggravated and being mean to my son which then made my son even more upset which is to be expected because he's only 2 years old. Then she was snappy with me which I'm not going to pay someone to help my son who is going to act this rude towards me and my son. Because of this awful experience I will never come back to this place again for any kind of service.

I love this place! From the front office staff’s friendly faces (Go Jamie and Taylor), to my daughter’s amazing OT Laura, I have enjoyed every second there. My daughter is having some difficulty with sensory processing and we’ve been working on methods to help her and myself either these issues. Highly recommend anyone to this place for OT, PT, or speech therapy!

Our office is located at 900 S Franklin St. Suite 201 in the same building as the Village Pharmacy of Wake Forest. You can access our parking lot from Highway 98 by turning onto Franklin where the Welcome to Wake Forest sign is.

At Peak – Wake Forest, we provide both adult and pediatric physical therapy services as well as speech and occupational therapy for patients of both age groups.
