Having been through detox myself and having worked with numerous detox facilities across Georgia Having been through detox myself and having worked with numerous detox facilities across Georgia, I'd recommend Peachtree Detox to anyone struggling with substance use who's ready to get their life back on track. From what I've observed, the staff truly makes or breaks the detox experience and at Peachtree, every single person I encountered, from case managers, nurses, therapists, clinical director, program director, and medical director down to the behavioral health techs, genuinely seemed to care about delivering the best possible care. Add to that a clean, well-maintained facility, and it's a solid choice. Thank you to everyone at Peachtree Detox for the work you do to bring light back to others and for showing up every day with patience and compassion.

I generally don’t leave reviews unless I feel the experience truly warrants it, and after recently completing their detox program, I can honestly say this one deserves every bit of praise. From start to finish, the entire process was exceptionally well organized and seemed to run like a well-oiled machine. The intake process was smooth and straightforward, and discharge was just as easy. The facility was extremely clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I especially appreciated being in a smaller community where you never felt like just another number. The staff was absolutely outstanding! Everyone was courteous, supportive, and genuinely involved. They even participated in activities alongside us, which helped create a comfortable and welcoming environment. The group sessions were excellent, with meaningful lessons and valuable takeaways. One thing that really stood out to me was how much they valued our feedback. They genuinely wanted to hear how they could improve our experience and better serve those in their care. Even more impressive, when we offered suggestions, they were already taking steps to address them the very next day. That speaks volumes about their commitment to their patients and their willingness to improve. What made the experience truly special was the sense of family. You had people from all different walks of life, including the staff, coming together in a supportive, respectful, and encouraging environment. All in all, I couldn’t be more impressed with the program, the facility, or the people who make it what it is. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and well-run detox program.

In my experience at peachtree detox every member of the staff truly cared about my recovery and my journey to a sober life. It is a very tight nit community where I formed bonds with people and made friends that I will forever be grateful for. Not everyone’s recovery looks the same and peachtree is very good at personalizing treatment to each individual and not making you feel like a number on a screen. I am forever grateful for Peachtree Detox and its staff and will always recommend it to anyone in need.

This place truly stands out from any other treatment center i’ve been to. It can be scary to take that first step and walk into an unfamiliar situation especially as confusing as addiction can be, but i can promise you from the moment you walk into these doors the staff is immediately going to treat you like family. From admin to nursing to the techs to the counselors, they’re here to help, listen and actually care about your progress and needs every single day. I would highly recommend coming to this facility whether it’s a week detox or even a res stay. Very accommodating to anything you need. Clean and yummy food and there’s even a basketball hoop 😌 Thank you guys for everything.

I stayed here for approximately 30 days, my stay was amazing. The nurses and staff are excellent, helpful, and thoughtful. During my first week, the community was welcoming, I was able to bond with others, and fit right in. As this is my first time coming to a facility like this, I was definitely blown away beyond my expectations. Housekeeping is on point, rooms + bathrooms are spacious, clean. The food is catered and actually tastes good and fits dietary needs. I have to shout out Tom, a group facilitator, he has very relatable experiences and actually helps guide you along the path to a successful recovery. Shout to Mr. O, a BHT (Behavioral Health Technician), he is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful people you will ever meet. Lastly, shout out to Jackie, she’s a character. You just have to see for yourself. Thank you Peachtree Detox for helping me along my journey to a successful recovery, I hope others can benefit as much as I did.

When I came to Peachtree Detox, I had hit rock bottom and didn't have hope that I would be able to get back up. After two weeks of treatment, I had hope again. I decided to stay for the 30 day residential program and it was incredible. The staff is so helpful and supportive. You can just tell that it is more than a job to them. Tom's groups were absolutely amazing and taught me how to incorporate the twelve steps and big book principles into my everyday life. I am so grateful for Lake and the staff at Peachtree Detox for helping me get back on my feet, recover, and set up a plan for the future.

My Experience here was exceptional and extremely helpful. The Aura of Serenity was prevelent upon walking in the door. The Treatment staff are very professional and approachable. Overall I came in Spiritually and emotionally bankrupt yet left Rich in Mind, body and Spirit. I highly recommend this Facility.

Peachtree Detox is an amazing place to go to Detox from whatever substance needed. Throughout my stay I’ve learned a lot about recovery, And how to manage a sober life getting out of here. It is also a great place for residential after Detox and I recommend taking advantage of the time given and learning everything you can from their groups. Tom runs most of the morning groups and he is great at facilitating the 12 steps. Thank you, Detox for helping me get sober. I can’t even put it into words how grateful I am.

A wonderful liaison helped me find PDR as a fit for my story, my personality, & a facility that accepted my insurance. The process was very efficient & smooth from the first call to arriving less than 24 hours later - this was by choice, I witnessed faster acceptance for those in need since attending. From beginning to end I never felt judged only welcomed & understood of my background & needs. The admin team is wonderful getting you to the door, the BHTs are all kind personable & accommodating, & the clinical team (Providers & Nurses) handle your case individually there's no one size fits all for this journey. My detox period was handled excellently & with care & I chose to start attending groups on my first morning after arrival. The team that teaches the groups are very knowledgeable & some have even walked this journey before us & fully understand. There are also outside groups that come in that I was able to attend... NA AA NAMI & a bonus... yoga! You're fed 3x/day as expected & snacks available, during my time Saturdays were special & they order something unique for dinner! To honor privacy I don't wish to disclose names in my review but there are many of the staff that left a lasting impression on me as a human & on my sober journey. I also enjoyed meeting some quality people as fellow clients whom I plan to stay in contact permanently with. Well before your journey comes to an end at PDR, you are set up with the tools, resources, & help with your particular desires needs & plan for the future - be that AA, therapy, medical care, IOP, PHP, etc. The staff is very helpful in creating what is best for you once you leave. A huge thank you to the PDR team as a whole for getting me through detox, residential, & helping me with my after care plan. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for their services. One day at a time :)

This place is a 10/10. I was really nervous and scared to come here at first, but the staff were super welcoming and took care of me far beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean, the building inside and outside is well kept as well. For this to be my first time in a detox facility it was great. I learned more than I thought I would and even learned a lot about myself. I’m grateful for all the connections I’ve made with everyone here!

Peachtree Detox is a safe and clean environment to become healthy again. There are daily group meetings, nursing staff, and therapists to help you deal with anxiety, and depression, and substance abuse. The staff is excellent.
