I was a pleasure to work with Pauly’s Fabrication and HVAC. I reached out to them to see if they could examine and service our furnace as well as examine the existing tank since ours was an older installation. I was surprised how promptly they were able to fit me in the schedule. The furnace checked out fine so they cleaned and serviced the furnace. Paul thought that the oil tank was probably OK but recommended keeping an eye on it because it had a bit of surface rust and was an older tank. I let him know that we use the place seasonally and my wife wouldn’t feel comfortable for us to just keep an eye on it. I asked him to work up a quote on installing a new tank. He said he would get one out to me when he got back home. He sent an itemized quote and I found the price to be In the low mid range of what one would expect to pay. Because he was as prompt as he was in scheduling me, getting back to me with the itemized quote and the initial service I signed the contract for him to do the tank installation. I would recommend Pauly’s Fabrication & HVAC to anyone.

We just had a new HVAC system installed by Paulys Air and Heating and couldn't be happier. The installation was done by Paul. He arrived right on time, took great care to keep our house clean, and even helped us with the wasps that tried to delay the install. Paul took the time to explain the new high efficiency system. Excellent service from start to finish!

Had my older Lennox heat pump die on me right before a heat wave. Paul came out the same day I called and got to diagnosing a few issues. He was able to quickly obtain replacement parts and repair the AC. Very responsive to texts and phone calls, plus he was flexible to my personal schedule.
I couldn’t be happier with the service. He found a leak in the system gave me options on repair verses replacement. Was quick to follow up and get the repair completed and had my system back running within a day. The thing that stood out was he took the time to level my outside unit back up without being asked. Just those small details that make a difference. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
I contacted Paul after a very frustrating experience with my original installer who inconsistently responded to my calls/texts and didn’t show up multiple times. Paul came out immediately and quickly diagnosed the issue. He clearly explained his plan, and the possible outcomes. He returned multiple times to check on the system and ensure that it was fixed. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him for any future issues!
He was very friendly and answered all questions I had. When asking about why we were having so many issues, he explained that prior people had system set up where it was rubbing on metal creating hole. He adjusted it so that it wouldn't be a problem. He kept me informed on how long it would take him and what he was working on. I will be reaching out to them if i have any future problems as they were very easy to work with and I recommend to anyone with issues!
While both my mom and I were away from home, Pauly went to the house, short notice, diagnosed and fixed the AC on the spot! My mom was stressed about it and I was able to call him and handle it all while I was in Wisconsin. Made me feel great. Also he was careful to not let the cats out. We are extremely pleased with Paul's HVAC service. His estimate was what we needed and not more. He did not try to give us a hard sell. We are very pleased with the Fujitsu ductless system and exterior heat pump. It is very efficient. The price was very good. I strongly recommend using Paul's service. He is from the Pine Grove area. I also found him to be a good honest man. We collected five estimates and found Pauly's service to a good estimate, good quality product, and as I said, he did not try to over sell. Use him. You will be happy.
Recently bought a house and wanted to get everything serviced. My brother has used Pauly’s in the past and highly recommended him. He overlooked everything and even explained every intricate thing and how it works within the house. I really appreciate him going over everything and letting me know what is a priority and what I can get away with waiting on. He was also very polite and friendly to my dogs . He even gave them a treat.
Paul installed our mini split system in our older house. He did an excellent job and everything looks tidy and professional. We are glad we went with him and would recommend him to anyone!!

Reached out to Paul through his website in the evening and he contacted me within 10 minutes to answer some questions.
Called him the next morning to see if he was able to service my boiler that day and he made sure to accommodate me.
While here and performing the work he was very tentative to my questions and walked through each step of the process, visually showing me what he was doing and why. Cleaning a boiler can be a dirty job but he made sure to be neat and mindful of my property.
He did great work at a great price and definitely earned a new customer! From my experience, I highly recommend Paul for your HVAC services!
Called in the morning about our hot water heater not working correctly. He came earlier than the expected time - which was great! Paul came in and got right to it, we discussed the situation and he diagnosed the issue very quickly with our boiler and hot water system. I had also mentioned our baseboard heat wasn’t heating upstairs and he got that working too! Very happy with his service and he was a pleasant easy going guy. Will use his business for future needs!
