I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received from PPD.
Harriet has been really attentive and supportive during our switch to PPD from our last provider and also during our practice conversion. She has been easy to contact and available to answer queries. My staff found the training that was provided before the switch and also before the conversion, to be excellent. My practice manager has also commented that the PPD Onboarding team have been really helpful in comms with her.
The MD of PPD, Simon, has also been in contact personally which was a lovely touch and I never had management contact with the other plan provider I was with for 14 years!
I’d highly recommend this company - for both a plan provider switch and for an NHS conversion.
