I was not very impressed with my fillings I received here. The shape of my teeth are different, they are not very smooth, so it’s difficult to tell when my teeth are clean, and over a month later my fillings are still sensitive and I have to chew very slowly and carefully to avoid pain in certain teeth. I also think they filled more cavities than necessary. Some may have been small enough that preventative care would have helped to take care of them. Since my cleaning, all of my teeth are extra sensitive and bleed every time I floss.
The office staff, dentists, and dental assistants were very nice though!

We chose Paramount Dental because it was close to home, and before scheduling, we submitted our insurance information for a routine cleaning and cavity filling. We were told it was approved, so my husband went ahead with the services.
Afterward, we got a call saying the front desk had made a mistake — our insurance didn’t actually cover dental costs. So we ended up paying out-of-pocket, and set up a $100/month payment plan to cover the bill.
Once we finally paid it off, my bank alerted me that Paramount Dental was attempting to charge my card again. The front desk had never deleted our card information after the balance was paid, and I had to call in to stop the charge myself.
Between the initial insurance mix-up and then almost being charged again after paying in full, this experience felt careless and unprofessional. It seems like there’s a real lack of attention to detail here, and mistakes like these can end up costing patients hundreds or even thousands of dollars. If we hadn’t been limited by our insurance network, we would have gone elsewhere.

I have very strong dental anxiety, historically I have been difficult to get truly numb which leads to very uncomfortable procedures. My experience with a crown replacement today has been an extreme improvement. They were able to adequately numb me on the first try and frequently checked in to see how I was doing. I can confidently recommend folks with dental anxiety to have their dental work done here.

I had recently went to another seattle dentistry and felt disappointed with the service. Paramount Dental is the real deal.
For starters, all the staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming.
During the appointment, Shala did the lords work. She was incredibly thorough on every tooth while making sure I was comfortable throughout. My girlfriend was in shock when I got home. A 45 minute appointment with Shala was a complete transformation.
The parking out front was easy and they have validation inside. The staff up front was able to easily find my insurance for me to make sure it was accepted. They even gave me a goody bag with a fancy coffee mug, tooth brush, hand sanitizer, high end floss, mints, lip balm etc. as I’d recommend this place to everyone.
Sometimes it’s the little things that say a lot. Make sure to ask for Shala, she was great

Awesome experience at Paramount! 🌟 The hygienist, guy (Day/Jade), was fantastic so gentle and calming. It actually felt like a massage for my teeth! Then I checked out with Crystal at the big desktop screen, and she completely changed my idea of what a checkout should be. Instead of just telling me what was due or taking my payment, she patiently walked me through how my insurance works, explained my deductible (which I thought only applied to medical!) and helped me understand my coverage. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Paramount Dental Center—which, honestly, feels rare when it comes to dentists. The front desk team is especially welcoming and knowledgeable. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been wonderful, but Charleigh and Crystal really stand out.
All of the hygienists are excellent at what they do—kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I’ve also seen multiple dentists there and have consistently had positive experiences with each of them.
I recently went in for a consultation on composite veneers, and the dentist explained that I would need to address a few underlying issues with Invisalign first. While it wasn’t exactly the news I was hoping for, I really appreciated that the team prioritized my overall dental health over a cosmetic procedure.
Long story short, I highly recommend this team!
