The dentist I'd gone to for 32 years retired. Tried another place, but as nice as they were, my issues were more than they were up for dealing with. Original dentist suggested I try Paradigm. He was right! These guys are wonderful. Staff is friendly, office is very nice, and most importantly - Dr. Doug Rust knows what he's doing. He's been around a while, so his experience makes him more comfortable taking on things like my poor mouth. Plus if he does decide to retire eventually, his son works there with him as well - meaning I shouldn't have to go hunting for someone again anytime soon. Pricing is reasonable, you don't get referred out for every other thing you need (which gets super expensive), there's not a long wait for appts. Basically, with my experience so far - I can definitely recommend these guys. What a relief for me!

I have had the pleasure of receiving high quality dental care with Paradigm Dental for many years. Dr. Rust has had wonderful techs and staff who make the dental experience good- such as ease in booking, and rescheduling of appointments, little to no pain during procedures, ease of working with specialists if needed. The latest appointment removing and replacing a filling was done with laser - no novocaine, no pain, no down time or eating soft foods post procedure. Thanks Dr. Rust, techs, staff for your work.

The reviews are accurate! Front staff friendly, NOT condescending at all. Helpful, respectful. Back ofc, very nice and patient centered. Even enjoyed xrays! Dr. Richardson was so great! You can tell this ofc cares about it's patients. I'm hooked. Actually looking forward to dental work.

Dr. Rust has been my dentist for 42 years. I absolutely detest the drive from Vancouver to Beaverton. Every once in a while I think it would be nice not to make that drive. Then I think about the excellent care I have received for 42 years. I think about how wonderful the entire staff has been. Not just kind and efficient, but personable and funny. All of that would be incredibly difficult to give up after 42 years, so maybe the drive isn't so bad after all.
