I have been working with Palmetto Publishing for some time to get my most recent book published. True, I ran into some problems… BUT today I received a personal phone call from one of the owners. He sincerely expressed his concerns and assured me that every would be done to my standards of satisfaction! I told him I had already spoken with my team there and they were working to quickly resolve all issues. He actually gave me his phone number and said contact him if I need anything else!😁

Palmetto Publishing is the best. found them wonderful to work with. The staff --particularly Abby Stahl and Christian Gonzales--were warm, friendly, and so very helpful. I felt in good hands all the way through the publishing process. I highly recommend them to all writers.

This is my second time publishing through Palmetto. Both experiences have been great! Plametto's staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They always respond in a timely manner and are happy to answer questions over phone or email. Their quality is great as well, and in my experience, they will go above and beyond to correct anything that isn't right. I have had the privilege of working with the same project manager for both of my books, and she is a joy to work with.

Palmetto is a wonderful company. I just finished publishing my second book through them, and both experiences have been great. They always respond in a timely manner, their staff is friendly and helpful, and their quality is excellent. The few times I've had a problem, they were quick to correct it as soon as it was pointed out. Not only that, but they went above and beyond, surprising me with their kindness. I've had the privilege of having the same project manager for both of my books, and she has been a joy to work with.

Palmetto Publishing was absolutely stellar to work with. This was my first book, so I did research on which publishing company I should go with. After speaking with their representative on the phone a few times, I felt Palmetto was my best bet. Since we were going to be in the Charleston area, I set up a date to meet them in person. I was so pleased to find them just as friendly, helpful, and supportive as in our phone conversations. I signed my contract that day, and have never regretted it. From beginning to end, Palmetto met my every need very promptly . Emails were returned quickly , so the entire process was expedited, but handled with such care and expertise. I highly recommend Palmetto Publishing for any publishing need.

All I can do is to inform you all about Palmetto Publishing. They are a great group of individuals. I am currently working with Kaitlyn and she has been truly trustworthy. My project is very involved. She not only listened to my perspective. She added additional information to make what I was doing better for the reader. She allowed me to reach out and schedule an appointment if there anything I needed to address during the process. I had a six volume series I needed to complete. I reached out to Palmetto Publishing, spoke with Roy, went behind the wall, and I landed with a project manager named Kaitlyn. She took me through the entire series. She listened to my vision and proceeded to make this series manifest. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns and I am excited with the outcome. If you are looking for someone at Palmetto Publishing, you should consider asking for her. I know there are other great project in the building, but she was the one for me.
