16/7/2026 had a low beam headlight out, went to get it replaced done in ten minutes , no charge,Many thanks, another reason I continue using their services. Just had car serviced plus repairs and 2 new tyres replaced. I therefore recommend Rapidtune to any prospective customer. Have had my car serviced and repairs done for the last 5 years and am very satisfied with service, pricing and speed of repairs, special thanks to Sarah Foot for keeping me informed of progress and assistance on a couple occasions regarding towing. I usually do all my mechanical work myself. However I couldn’t find the issue in my ford territory. I spoke to Riley on the phone who was friendly and patient with my questions. They found the issue before lunch, I picked the car up and fixed the problem then took it back to re calibrate my injectors, it took them no more than 10 minutes to do there job. Very happy with the service and will return

We had cause to use Owen’s highly specialised services when an elderly neighbours ability to live unassisted diminished. Owen and his team provided us with a highly professional and comprehensive service working to extremely tight timeframes. Owen professionalism is matched by his compassion. He went so far past expectations, completing services outside of quoted costs and in his own time. He understood the situation and provided so many services for free to keep the costs down My neighbour and I could not recommend Owen highly enough. He made a massive difference to get an elderly lady get back on her feet during her most vulnerable time.
