Things where charged and not done, reported item that aren't even a issues reported. Will not be back! Make sure your checking your car that items have been replaced! After them calling me, Did end up getting getting money back for items that where not done which was happy about. But this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

After a hiccup, they acknowledged the former employee's mistake and rectified it. The new owner also showed experience and a profound knowledge everything car mechanics. Very happy with the outcome and the honesty they showed.

16/7/2026 had a low beam headlight out, went to get it replaced done in ten minutes , no charge,Many thanks, another reason I continue using their services. Just had car serviced plus repairs and 2 new tyres replaced. I therefore recommend Rapidtune to any prospective customer. Have had my car serviced and repairs done for the last 5 years and am very satisfied with service, pricing and speed of repairs, special thanks to Sarah Foot for keeping me informed of progress and assistance on a couple occasions regarding towing.
