I contacted them for umrah visa and they claimed there are two packages one is for 3 weeks and another one for express visa that last 3 to 4 days for a higher price!! And umra visa takes normally three to 4 days I got the confirmation from the visa official website

Thank you for your review, Sara. After reviewing our conversation, we confirmed that you did not submit an application or use our services. The additional fee quoted was for a dedicated representative to personally follow up on your application not a government “express visa” fee or a guarantee of faster approval.

You are free to apply wherever you prefer. However, we do not understand why an optional service you neither purchased nor used warrants a one-star review. Presenting that service as an unjustified surcharge is misleading.

I spent two days communicating with this company, confirming the final cost of services and my specific visa situation several times in advance. I complied with all the terms and paid the exact final amount they had quoted me several times. However, the same day after payment, they asked me for an additional deposit. During these two days of communication, the employees could have checked my situation in advance and warned me about this. This came as a complete surprise to me. I want to emphasize that I do not consider this company a scam. At my request, the transaction was canceled and the money was refunded, for which I am grateful. However, due to this situation, the refund took several days, I lost important time, and my trip to Dubai was jeopardized. My main advice to the company is to improve the quality of consultations and hire specialists who will thoroughly explain all the terms and the final cost to clients upfront. This would significantly increase their trust.
